Genji is a self-serve open refrigerated display in Whole Foods. So, it's great because it's fast and easy. It's also great because you can see the ingredients. It is nice that there are vegan options including brown rice sushi rolls, avocado rolls, avocado and cucumber rolls and salad rolls. That's about all you can get there for sushi, and then, you could complement with additions like seaweed salad and edamame. However, only the salad rolls and sushi looked appealing to me. Not bad, but the prices are a little high for supermarket sushi. It's convenient and fast, but I'd prefer a sit-down restaurant's takeout for freshness. When sushi sits refrigerated, the rice gets a little too firm for my taste.
Grab n go sushi inside of Whole Foods market. They have excellent veggie rolls wrapped in rice paper and A&C rolls. They have 2 mock seafood rolls with tuna and krab. Excellent and great to take on the go.
