This is now my new go 2 spot. I traveled cross county to be wowed. And, wowed we were. The staff are beyond helpful. Go, I bet you will be a repeat customer.

Just went to see Wicked for Good, and the theater was nice and so was the staff (although they did at times lose track or confuse the orders.) BUT it smells like feet. Like overwhelmingly so. The projector itself also glitched at least 2-3 times.

The IPIC experience still has some perks, but it has definitely lost its luster. While the food remains delicious, nearly everything else has declined in quality. You no longer receive complimentary popcorn unless you are a Gold member, and blankets are no longer provided — despite COVID being well past the point where sanitized blankets could easily be offered again.

There is no longer any sense of an upgraded or premium experience. At this stage, it simply isn’t worth the trip unless you live nearby, and it is certainly overpriced for what you actually receive, which is essentially nothing beyond a comfortable seat. The value that once set IPIC apart has diminished, and the experience no longer justifies the cost.

The venue is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, during the movie there were several occasions when I saw mice running across the floor. This was very concerning and took away from the overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue quickly and brings in an exterminator before the matter gets worse.

We had such an amazing experience at iPic! From the moment we walked in, everything felt top-tier, the atmosphere was cozy and elegant, the seats were incredibly comfortable, and the overall service was beyond what you’d expect from a typical movie theater. A huge shoutout to our server, Blake, who made the experience even better. Blake was attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time, always checking in at the perfect moments without interrupting the movie. He made sure our food and drinks came out just right and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of.
It’s rare to find that combination of luxury and genuine hospitality, but iPic nails it, and Blake truly made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a first-class cinema experience!

My seat was sticky, my wings were undercooked. I was in the only showing at the time as it was the first matinee and service was lacking. My button didn’t light up but the server said it was working but I was left unattended for quite a while until another patron came in, before thst I was in the theatre alone. The ticket counter lady was incredibly kind. I’m use to the tx location and service and food is better all around but I hope it gets better.

I’ve been going to IPIC for over five years and have always loved the theaters for their comfortable seats, cozy blankets, and great food. However, over the past year, I’ve noticed that the food quality has declined significantly. The hot wings which used to be one of my favorites, have become plain and tasteless this has been an issue for the past couple of years. Whoever the cook was back in 2020 please bring them back!

The lettuce pork belly wraps were disappointing, the lobster mac and cheese was slightly cold, and the October seasonal tacos looked nothing like the picture. My son refused to eat them, although I did think they tasted good despite the poor presentation.

I truly love IPIC and will keep coming but I would love to see the food quality improve in the future. PSA: please hire new cooks!

The only staff member I saw here was the ticket seller. Nobody inside at the concession area and zero service inside the theater. Why did I pay extra for a seat with service and not get any? At least the recliner was comfortable.

I just recently went to Ipic Last week on sunday. I have been going to Ipic since I was 11 years old. I can honestly say that it has changed tremendously. To start it off the seats are NEVER cleaned now. For the price you would think they would be courteous to make sure that not only the seats are cleaned but the menus are too. Crumbs were under the seat, table had crumbs and was sticky and it was even a leftover pen from last clients. We had a waiter named Helina and you can tell that she does not like her job because i noticed that when we were ordering she took forever and after coming out twice then sent another waiter to take our orders and drop off food. I just find it funny how soon as the check came and we already paid she came out with ANOTHER check. Yes she did charge my boyfriends card twice after not even knowing that the waiter she sent to help already took the payment. We had to wait 5 days for the money to come back on our card. Helina did not even tell us she even charged our card. She was more worried about the payment than even making sure we were okay. Gratuity should not be included if the service is as terrible as its been the last 3 times i have been. I did call to ipic to ask them why was my card charged 3 days after I was there and no answer. I ended up having to drive a hour back to ipic to resolve this matter. The matter was not even solved because the manager stated he could not find the transaction and had to go into the computer to find when Helina charged our card then refunded it. She shouldve told us she charged our card on accident. Helina was the worst waiter i have ever had at ipic. That was my last time. the food is mediocre. service bad and the seats are DISGUSTING. I will never be back
