JINYA Ramen Bar - North Bethesda

The flavors are good, but the portion size was frustrating. Just two small pieces of meat and a couple of vegetables. Definitely disappointing.

Literally this place is amazing, from the moment you walk in the door till the moment you walk out with a full belly. The bar has a great twist on drinks, food is prepared perfectly, menu is full of some many options especially for vegans. Whether you're going online or with a group of 8 this is the place for you!

The worst service I have gotten in years, Barely any service at all if I must say.
Food was slammed at our table, no questions answered, asked for hot water when we sat, and twice again and didn’t get it until the very end of our meal.
You must think it’s busy? No, there was only one other table at the patio other than ours. He couldn’t wait till our food to set on table properly before he went back to the bar and talk to someone he knew.
I still left decent tip, but will not come back again.

Btw music is too loud for a restaurant, maybe more suitable for a club.

Really impressive, different experience. Nice staff, great food with really fresh ingredients.

There are three vegan ramen choices we tried two of them and they both were very good. We also tried impossible rice bowl that too was amazing.

I love jinya but I’ll probably not come back to this location. Forgot an entire ramen from a kids meal probably at least a month ago called and they acted like they had to go thru some extensive process to refund or offer me something for it. Never got a call back or anything so yeah.

I am deeply disappointed with the handling of a recent incident at your establishment. On November 14th, my wife and I dined at your restaurant. Unfortunately, I left my electronic device in the booth where we were seated.

The next day, I returned and spoke with a staff member at the front desk, who confirmed that the device had been found but informed me that the manager, who had taken possession of it, was not present. I was asked to leave my phone number, which I did, with the expectation of a follow-up.

Over the next several days, I returned twice more to inquire about my device, but each time, I was given the same response: to leave my phone number and wait for a call. Despite these repeated efforts, I received no communication or resolution.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Losing an item is stressful enough, but the lack of communication and accountability from your management team has made the situation worse. I expected better customer service and a more timely resolution to this issue.

Solid Jinya chain but nothing amazing. you get what you expect but service is a bit adequate due to how busy it gets and how standarized the menu has become

I can't think of any complaints at all for this restaurant. The servers and the hosts are all friendly and helpful. The food is great and there is not a long wait. The price point is slightly high but this is Mongomery County so its not shocking at all, and the portions are ample.

I started and finished with gyoza because I asked for gyoza sauce and I was bout chili oil, then he took it away and 15 minutes later brought me chili oil again
