STINKS. The boba was fine and the lady was good at her job but it reeks of sewage inside. The outside patio area looks pretty nasty and inside is all kinds of messed up. Old broken tables piled up. It was grimey and I will not be going again. It used to be better but now it had fallen so far. I can’t get over how bad it smelled there.

Not well run. One staff member had over the ear headphones on while working. I had to repeat what I wanted twice because he couldn’t hear me…duh. The two workers there were complaining about customer orders and were expressing how stupid one customer was to order something a certain way. While frustration with customers is a reality of the biz you generally don’t want to air it out in front of other customers. I’m not expecting die hard professionalism from the staff for this job…but isn’t it reasonable to still expect the bare minimum?

The straw provided for re the customers were a regular straw. Not bubba straws. It wasn’t useful while enjoying your bubba drink. I had more bubba than an actual drink and by the time I get home. I have to trow out the bubba. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Or they didn’t want to serve me.

The staff was to busy laughing and swearing with co-workers or friends. Seems like a business being run with no leader. Broken tables left out along with boxes all over the seating area.
Kid-friendliness: Based on the language used by the staff, it doesn’t feel very kid-friendly.

Worst service ever! We got and ordered before 5 other groups and we were the last served. Staff excused themselves saying there was only one person who knows how to prepare the beverages. I normally don’t review but today’s experience got my nerves

I’m surprised to see that the location is still up, I used to love kung fu tea. Now it is the place I tell people to avoid. They cook the boba balls (tapioca) with the same sink water (and rinse them in the same sink) they use to make mop fluid to mop the store. They also dump their mop fluid down these drains. I later went to culinary school and learned this is a huge food safety issue that is commonly taken seriously by inspection. I saw them do it and I said something, but since I wasn’t in charge of boba making at the time, they simply ignored me. Just be safe with where you order your food and drink, sometimes aesthetically pleasing decor doesn’t mean it is safe to consume from :/

I ordered brow sugar wow, they added crystal boba. I picked sugar 30%. It tastes like 100%. I used to order this, so I know what I picked. Please pay attention on order online.

There is an wide open container of Boba at the front near the register labeled "balls". That should tell you everything you need to know. Bunch of High schoolers are making the drinks with no regard to getting the order right with the smell of the bathroom lingering in the air.AVOID THIS PLACE.

Ordered multiple drinks to go. Red Bean slush had gone sour. Also ordered multiple grapefruit green tea that were all watered down with no flavor. Will not go to this location again. Ordered here while we were in the area but did not try the drinks till we got home, about 30 mins away
