While exploring the area, I decided to satisfy my craving for sushi and discovered Kusshi, a restaurant highly praised for its quality.Despite Pike & Rose being renowned for upscale dining experiences, I was surprised when I stepped into Kusshi and found it cramped and crowded, with an unconventional layout inside. The contrast between the inviting exterior and the somewhat chaotic interior was unexpected, reminding me not to judge a restaurant solely by its appearance. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and speedy service.Although my sushi was slightly flattened by the time I reached home, it still delivered on taste, and my dining experience was enjoyable overall.Parking: With where the restaurant is nestled you’ll have to pay for parking.

This place is lit! The bar is super welcoming. Service so friendly and helpful.Drinks: delicious and exciting. They make new interesting drinks by asking with novel flavors and thoughtful mixing.Sushi: Top notch Ovi and Crazy Tori rolls.Come here for upscale sushi but also fun, trendy and relaxed atmosphere. Bonus points for the anime!

Some of the best sushi around. The place gets REALLY busy though. The bar gets packed shoulder to shoulder. For good reason, the drinks are great and the food is delicious. If you don't mind a crowd and waiting a little bit more time for service it's definitely somewhere to check out.

Kusshi Sushi ruined California rolls for me forever. Once you try their baked Cali roll, it's basically impossible to go back to the standard one again. They put this creamy savory sauce on top that has tiny salty fish roe mixed in it (then I like to add eel sauce for a touch of sweetness) ?. I also guarantee you the Firecracker roll will blow you away! The katsu is nice and crispy. And I love the unagi don. But it's the baked Cali and firecracker rolls that keep me and my friends returning over and over again.

Ordered togo and was very much disappointed. The fish was paper thin, rolls were cut thin and were put together with no care because the skin was left on the rollNo chopsticks or soya sauce packets were given.Called the restaurant but the employee wasn’t willing to replace or fix the sushi.

Ramen was off the charts. So was our waiter, Tommy. He was so accommodating for a large group. Great service and food.

Excellent fresh & tasty sashimi. Big fan of the salmon. I'm a regular. Usually takes a while for waiters to stop by.Parking: Parking garage is typically free for less than 0-2 hrs

I'm utterly appalled by the atrocious sushi served at this restaurant, particularly considering it wasn't given away for free. The fish was beyond bland and appeared ancient, a complete mockery of sushi. This has to be the absolute worst sushi disaster I've ever endured, with what must be the most inferior quality fish on the planet. And the soy sauce? A complete fiasco, likely ruined from sitting out in the sun all day. Charging anything for such dismal quality is outright robbery. Profoundly dissatisfied.

The waiters seemed pretty grumpy and weren't too friendly. I'm scratching my head over all the rave reviews—plus, the food didn't really wow me.
