Very nice ambience and delicious food with unique twist. Family of three generations enjoyed all dishes. Drinks equally as good. So as brunch and dinner. Definitely an upscale dining with decent prices.
We had a very pleasurable experience at Melina. The food was fantastic and the service was phenomenal. Our server went above and beyond explaining the menu for our gluten free guest. We also celebrated a birthday and got delicious sorbet. Very good overall!
Cod salad was nothing special, bread is SUPER, along with the spread. The lamb pita was just OK. Sceptical to return.
Our server, Jaime, was very attentive and helpful. The food was also very good. Will definitely be back.
Food was outstanding! Server was great. Kinda of expensive but the food was special. Had to move to a different table because it's loud and there was a very loud party of 10 right behind us. Not the restaurants fault but people should be cognizant of other diners. We weren't the only ones that had to move. Other than that, it was great! I will be back. PS. Get the carrots!🥕
Not at all much to complain over, it's not the best in the world but better than so so many places.
Food, service, ambiance all very good. But over the last year almost every time our table was not ready at our reservation time. The last couple times we had to wait over a half hour past our reservation time. They seem to have an issue with assuming quicker table turnover than is realistic around 8pm on Saturday. And the hosts the last time we were there oozed apathy and didn't seem to care too much about the delay, as if it's just a normal fact. Besides that let down, the rest is great.
I had been here for lunch and wasn't impressed. Dinner was a whole different experience. The food was tasty, diverse and well presented. Our server (I think his name was Jay) was fantastic. He took plenty of time with us despite being very busy.
I've been going to Melina since it's first day lol and I love absolutely everything about this place, from the ambiance to professionally crafted cocktails you probably won't find another place like it in MoCo. The food is some of the best I've had and always beautifully presented and super fresh! Justin our server made our recent visit so enjoyable and I was there with a friend for my birthday! He had superb knowledge of the menu and he was just amazing! he's a true professional at what he does.
Love this restaurant. Top highlights included the bronzini, the carrots, and the bib salad. I think I had the most knowledgeable waiter of my life. He knew the minerals the sheep ate in the cheese I loved in the bib salad. It was pretty awesome.

Bring back the bougatsa! It was easily the best thing on the menu, I’d make the trek to North Bethesda just for this dessert and everyone I took said it was easily one of the best desserts they’ve ever had. I’d even order it to-go for dinner parties. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

Excellent service, excellent quality of food and innovative dishes, in a gorgeous Greek inspired modern atmosphere. Great indoor and outdoor seating options and a very fun bar for a couple or small group of friends. In my 5+ years drinking espresso martinis it’s also the best one I’ve ever had! not sure what there could be to complain about.
Best dish: the Trahana pasta (rotates seasonally) and the crudo
Best drink: espresso martini for dessert, the greek honey cocktail for dinner

Justin our server was excellent. And when we asked that the music level be turned lower, it actually happened!
We were seated in the front of the restaurant. It was cold and stayed cold. Noise level was doable but we had to lean in to hear each other. The food was very good and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Mezza items are easy to share. Donuts for dessert are a must.
It was Friday night date night so the atmosphere was active with a very high decibel level. I was a little surprised that our bread service came with sourdough bread instead of pita or flat bread. The accompanying olives and sauce were nice. My wife's wagyu skewer took some energy to cut through and my short rib was very tender and tasted as if it had been boiled. The baklava with coffee ice cream was tasty and with some hard cutting with the spoon we got through it. Our wait staff was very nice, friendly and was very helpful with our selections. Thank you!
