I order my food today around 6:45 pm I got my food at 7:40 pm Food is great Chris is amazing but the other guy am not sure of his name he was just going around the counter horrible he was to bag the food and he could not do that😡. The girls worked great as well , everyone is amazing . . Chris thank you for the amazing food 😊

Stopped by for lunch with my wife and kid before heading to the zoo, and we had a great experience! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was clean. The food came out quickly and was delicious as always. Great spot for a family meal, will definitely come back!

Not my type of food - not a fan of the vinegar-based sauces, but I'm sure for other people it's great. The mashed potatoes, fries, and brussels sprouts were good though!

First time at Nando's. Diamond was the cashier and was extremely helpful, made recommendations and was just delightful - SUCH great energy. She recommended the CLT and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The meal in general was top 5 best fast casual food I've ever had.

It was my first visit to the Pike & Rose location. Sarah provided excellent customer service and made good recommendations. Nando's has excellent chicken, sides, and treats. They often have special offers and coupons. Parking in the ramp for the first two hours is free.

Very friendly environment, kudos to Javier for being such a good host. Nando's located in a nice part of North Bethesda. Food is familiar and nostalgic, tastes just like any other Nando's in any other part of the world.
They greated me and that is as far as I got. Terrible service.. they will be closing soon if they don't change the energy there.

Nando will always be my go to restaurant this review is to point out on pure excellency in customer service experience from one of the employees at this location Mr Alvaro. who was so composed and wonderful who swiftly turned one of my most horrible experience with my family to a wonderful evening you absolutely took your time to replace the anger and embarrassment with good intent and kindness which was also a lesson to me as well which was not expected thank you. you went beyond and am grateful.
