The Events Coordinator stopped us and was racial profiling us in the hallway when we were walking towards the rooftop.

I went there to celebrate my bday and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The restaurant was gracious enough to give me and my party the private room. We got there 30 minutes before the brunch buffet ended but the staff was very accommodating to make sure we got what we needed before it closed. It’s unfortunate that the bottomless mimosas are only included in the buffet, but it was good! They even gave me some swag for my birthday and a big ole ice cream Sunday to top it off! Over all everything was good from the drinks to the food! I plan to return in the future.

Everything was good only grip would be that one is not allowed to get a to go container for food take away due to covid restriction. We are post that but their ambiguous policy. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Soo, I came here for my birthday brunch and it was amazing. Starting with planning, I called and did a reservation on the phone and it was sooo easy. They were sweet and patient. I had to call back like three times to add more people and they were completely fine with it. This was my first brunch but it won’t be my last. On arrival, they gave me like a whole section and I was like thank you soooo much!! We had a ton of room and our servers were really attentive. The brunch food was AWESOME!! I’m torn between the chocolate fountain and the ham as my favorite. Everyone asked where I found this place and stated that they were coming back asap. Oh and the grapefruit mimosa was the best I have ever had. I don’t often write reviews but they deserve a standing ovation. Brunch at Pinstripes might be my new birthday tradition. Thank you so much. The way they bent over backwards to make my day special will forever be remembered.Parking: Parking lot across the street and a parking garage diagonal to the building

We had a family get together at Pinstripes yesterday and Gerson took care of us. We got a private room and had a wonderful time, talking, bonding and eating. Good food, great atmosphere and hooray to Gerson. Highly recommend it.

Hostess had very nasty attitude. Booked online and when I got there she stated I could sit at the bar it first come first served. I told her I had reservations, so she stated I could sit outside at high bar. We went upstairs with and there was no waiter. Awful first experience.

The Pinstripes in Bethesda is my favorite. There’s a lot of parking available and the place is very spacious. It’s a lot bigger than their sister location in Georgetown. Their customer service is still outstanding at both locations.

I recently dined at Pinstripes restaurant and was highly disappointed with my experience. Not only did they take an unreasonably long time to bring out our food, but when it finally arrived, the quality was lackluster at best. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was uninspired. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

I have been to three of these in DC & MD. Superb buffet. I prefer Georgetown location. Two hour limit per stay.

I’m sorry but this was the worst experience. Rude hosts, dirty tables, dirty water glass, took 10 mins for waitress to talk to us, then rude waitress…just an awful experience all

Myself and guests arrived for brunch and bowling for my birthday. The food and service we received were all great. My biggest concern came with the reservation for bowling and the buffet. There was a miscommunication about how their full service bowling lanes operated with the buffet. I was under the impression that we would be allowed to eat at a table and then head upstairs for bowling after. That proved to be incorrect. I was also charged up front for the number of guests I was expecting for bowling. The number of guests I made the reservation for was 12, the number of people who actually showed up was 10, the number of people who actually bowled was 6. I was still charged for 10. I asked if I could have the difference refunded to me and was told a manager would come speak to me for the refund. That never happened. Because we did not have a table in the dining room, my guests and I had to carry plates from the buffet up the stairs and into the bowling alley and then had to sit in the sofas to eat which was uncomfortable. We ate in the high top tables instead and there were not enough chairs for the entire party. Also, you only have two hours to bowl which meant our time began as soon as I arrived. I arrived early so i could greet my guests as they arrived while my two hour bowling time unknowingly ticked away. When our two hours expired, we were asked to leave immediately and could not extend our time. We asked our waitress if we could extend our time since our actual bowling time was very limited but, could not. You’re also required to pay a reservation fee for bowling and I’m not sure where that fee went because it was not listed on my receipt when I paid.Food was great. However, two hours to bowl and eat and gather food from the dining hall back to your bowling station is not feasible. Our waitress was helpful though. This is not a reflection of her service. However, pinstripes expectation of bowling and eating and charging patrons upfront is very unjust.

I went there for my birthday. I ordered a starter and a meal. The starter and drinks were served on time. However, they served meatballs to my girlfriend, who had actually ordered vegan pasta. They served her vegan pasta afterward. Also, I didn't get my main meal after being there for 1.5 hours (even though I reminded the person who took our order, and he said he would check). Later, our waitress apologized and said the meal that I didn't get would be served at the bowling alley and would be on the house. My drink was also complimentary. I didn't have to pay my share for the bowling (I'm not sure if it was because of my birthday or if it was part of their apology). Yes, they messed up our order twice, but they made it up to me, which I appreciate. The bowling was okay, but the machines didn't work perfectly. A few times, it counted the pins toward my score even when I didn't hit them (or maybe it was another birthday gift?)
