Adrian at this location was AMAZING! He guided me through the tablet to ensure I got my order the way I wanted it, and was very nice! GREAT customer service. He deserves a nice bonus on his check!

So everything is automated, quality trash. Three slices in and just seeing a tomato. Items missing off ordering system. I hope this is just Pike & Rose location with the horrible service, because if so nomore &Pizza

Sadly I'm a regular here. Got take out today and it was not good. Maybe the ingredients were changed because the quality was not what I'm used to. Will take a break from &pizza

The pizza and garlic knots (a bit undercooked) were pretty good—fresh and flavorful. But it’s hard to fully enjoy great food when the overall experience falls short. Unfortunately, there were no regular drink options available, not even water or soda—just a few unfamiliar fruit sodas they mentioned they were “trying to get rid of.” On top of that, the place was uncomfortably hot, making it hard to relax or enjoy the meal. We ended up eating quickly just to get out. Great food deserves a better atmosphere.

Great pizza, fast service, and plenty of seating. Always get the American honey, and this time also created my own.

Missing part of our order and there is no way to contact the store to fix the issue.

Had the best experience ever this evening with Michael as our pizza maker. He was able to accommodate a custom order, was very friendly, and took pride in his work. Would definitely come back to this location!

Cashier blasting music. Zero customer service! They just installed 3 tablets you must order and create account otherwise the lazy staff can’t help or just take your order there too busy talking about nothing related to pizza. 13.00 for a tiny pizza doesn’t seem like a deal self automated pizza. They used to be a lot better food quality and portion was better. For 13.00 dollars they count like 4 pieces of sausage and pepperoni's.

Though being extremely busy at 8:30pm on a Sunday night the crew held it down like pros! Michael took care of me at the cashier and was very friendly and helpful on getting my order ready. He had told me he came in from his day off to come help the team take care of the busy crowd. Great team leader!

I recently ordered from &Pizza, and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our order. We didn’t receive the pizza but were still charged for it. However, the situation was quickly addressed by the manager on duty, Soda. She was incredibly helpful, listened attentively to our issue, and handled the situation with professionalism. Soda made sure to compensate us for the error and was extremely polite and sensitive throughout the entire interaction. Her excellent customer service really turned around our experience. Thank you, Soda, for making things right!

They banned me from delivery on their website because I did not receive a drink and cookie. The only way to resolve your issue is to email the main office. You can not call the store. My issue was never resolved, and I never received any type of refund or compensation.

Sadly, the price has become too unreasonable. These pizzas used to cost $8.99 only a couple years ago.

Today it's $16.

And to make it worse, they removed their best feature, unlimited toppings. Toppings are now limited. $16 for a limited topping single pizza? Undoable.

So I have to knock down my 5 star review to 3 dollars. Used to be my favorite place since it was so much food for not too much money, but now it's the opposite...

Old review: Really good pizza and reasonably fast service, I love the goat cheese, tons of toppings, and lots of room inside for sit down.
