This location is super cute, everyone is very nice. Emma helped me customize my Nutella bowl and help me with the southblock app (which isn’t the best 😭) AND made my açaí bowl! She was awesome and as always the bowl was 🤌🏻 amazing. 10/10
this is for the regional manager/corporate/IT: please fix the app ordering - more customizable options (no/optional toppings like fruit) and also the point system doesn’t even work (applicable point options not showing up, also a bowl credit being $15 in fine print but $12.99 in store???). I literally can’t ever order my bowls ahead of time and it’s just ridiculous atp in 2025☹️

They really skimp out on their toppings. For a 15 dollar “fruit” bowl, you expect a little more than 5 dried out blueberries with a sprinkle of coconut. I miss the original arlington location.

I got two açaí bowls — overall they were fresh and tasty, but the banana had a bit of a rusted/oxidized taste. Might’ve been sliced too early or not very fresh. Overall, it left it bad taste in my mouth
