I am a regular customer at Starbucks And spend thousands of dollars there every year. I just stopped by the North Bethesda Starbucks on Paseo Drive and asked for the bathroom code and was told I could not have the bathroom code because I did not make a purchase there today. It's so outrageous and gives Starbucks such a bad reputation. It just makes me not want to buy coffee from there.

Charlotte is very disrespectful & dismissive. I could not get water unless I purchased a cake pop or another purchase . I’m very upset and I do not like what has happened today . I will not be taking my service at Starbucks anymore . Saying she the store manager & strug her shoulders like she could care less that’s why you work in fast franchise that’s where you belong very dissatisfied

One of the most efficiently run Starbucks that I've frequented. Mobile orders are ready well before the estimated time given by the app and the staff works quietly and quickly. I haven't gone in and not had my order ready; except for one time because I accidentally placed the order at the wrong place but they quickly remedied it and made my order without charge.

Parking is horrific (only street parking which is usually unavailable and garage parking) but there is a bit of street that you can put your blinkers on and quickly run in.

I walked in when it was 90 plus degrees out and asked for an ice water. I got attitude because water is only for customers. Didn't think I needed to purchase a $7 beverage for common courtesy

I'm so sad to write this review because i goto this starbucks all the time and have befriended many of the workers! My favorite part of coming into the starbucks was talking to them. However, because of new management they've all left. Literally all of them. Most of them switched to another starbucks. That says a lot. I hope management gets better and doesn't make workers who have worked there for years quit. Ridiculous. It makes me not want to go at all. Get a new manager who doesn't make all the staff quit. Enough said!

This Starbucks is right by my office so it would logically be my Starbucks of choice. It is not. The drinks and food are of good Starbucks quality. The problem lies with the incredibly slow but yet chaotic service. I drive out of my way to Wildwood where they have service down to a precise scientific machine. Let me explain. There are always 4+ people at Paseo. I can go any time of day and it takes forever to get acknowledged, put in my order, and get my order. And, this is a neighborhood Starbuck with super low business volume. Is it low volume because its tucked away in an obscure location or because service is so bad?? As a successful small business owner with an emphasis on customer service, I could break down the problems I see but it's not my job. They should hire a customer service consultant and secret shoppers if they care.

Show them the ingredients in their own app and they'll still make it wrong 3 times in a row and then try to convince you their way is correct when they're not using the ingredients listed in their OWN APP! $7 and 30 mins wasted is ridiculous for a drink missing the main ingredients #fail

The baristas were nice but $6 for a short tea?!?! That is absurd! No wonder I havent had Starbucks in years. So not worth it! Definitely going anywhere else

This place is inconsistent with customer service. There are a few barristas that are very kind and there to work. Most of the employees do not present as friendly and would rather wipe down counters than wait on guests as they are standing and waiting. As for my oatmeal order, I guess it's too hard to not place water in the cup when a customer asks for milk only! Go figure. And then the 'man-lady' who didn't want to wait on me earlier gets smart and says ' it was a honest mistake' without any apology for my return trip to the store to make-up for 'said' mistake, wasted time and money. What would your paycheck look like without a customer....hmmm? What an interesting place...

Going to Starbucks is stressful!their service dog policy is not enforced and people being all kinds of dogs inside against company policy .They discriminate against customers who like to enjoy their drink without any pet owners cussing at them .They do not care !
