Love the salad but this location has a problem of never securing orders made by ubereats etc. other locations staple bags to provide that satisfaction of a secure meal. This location constantly doesn’t care to do it no matter how many times it’s mentioned.

I don't usually give reviews but this one is unacceptable. I ordered the Crispy Rise Bowl through GrubHub this evening. The food was delivered alright but the paper bag in which the food was has not been secured from tempering. The salad bowl wasn't secured from tempering either. To the manager at Sweetgreen, please ensure food leaving the restaurant to you customers homes are properly sealed, taped or stapled to prevent tempering during delivery. My salad bowl lid was opened with no measures of securing it from being tempered with including the paper bag it was in. Do better

I sent to buy the salad and this time I almost choked on a piece of avocado seed that is actually green. They should be more careful with feeding the customer. It would be unfortunate if a mishap were to happen due to not supervising the product properly for the customer. .

Vegetarian options: It depends on the person serving you if they are willing to make your food well, but if you have staff who have no desire to do their job well, you will have a bad time like my lunch (salad) ? my throat hurt so much.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. my husband and I got there to order our food. As soon as we got there we were greet by the UNHAPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL SPANISH LADY WITH ORANGE HAIR. When I ask for my usual meal SHE YELLED at me saying that I am unable to get the meal the way I was ordering which I was surprised because I always get the same meal at the Bethesda location with no problem at all. At that moment I HAD TO TELL HER TO CALM DOWN AND THAT IT WAS OK. So I proceed to order my meal the way SHE WANTED. Then she tells me that it was no more blackened chicken so I needed to choose from another protein but I needed to pay $6 more. At that moment I was about to walk out of those doors but my husband then asked her if she could make more and then she said yes but we needed to wait. My question is WHY DIDNT SHE OFFER ME TO WAIT FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE MADE? Why she only gave me the option to choose from an another protein that I needed to pay more? It is not my fault they didn’t have enough chicken Why do we have to find and ask for other options? I am the customer. And she had a whole attitude the entire time. When my husband was ordering his food he asked for a few extra toppings and the Spanish lady reply to him saying YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THOSE EXTRA BUT I KNOW YOU CAN AFFORD IT. Whatt did she say? Why is she saying those things to a customer why isn’t she only serving our meal? What she needed to say was “ extra toppings have a fee, is that ok with you?” Why is she talking to us like we are bothering her? AND THAT WAS NOT ALL when we got to the part of putting the dressing I ask for medium dressing and my husband ask for heavy dressing and extra to go. She got pissed and hand out to us a paper sheet saying that she cannot give us more dressing on the side BUT IT WAS LIKE SHE WAS FIGHTING WITH US.

I work in customer service I know there are things that you are not allowed to do, but the way you approach the customer to tell them “no” needs to be calm and clear NOT YELLING NOT WITH AN ATTITUDE.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I usually go to the Bethesda location and THEY ARE GREAT why isn’t NORTH BETHESDA THE SAME?

Really struggling to find somewhere with simple healthy food, so pleased to find this place. Could do with a few more plain options as all the meats are pre seasoned, if these were not, you could flavour it to your taste or non as my 9 year old prefers hahah.

Lost a star as super pricey. And also all restaurants here do because of only providing wasteful takeout boxes and cutlery.

Sweet green is one of the better salad places because the proteins are very tasty and there a great variety of toppings, but this location is pretty bad. I ordered it for delivery and they forgot my chicken and several toppings, and on a different occasion when I went in, the worker seemed very rushed even though i was the only one in line, and was sloppy with my bowl, barely giving me any dressing.

Horrible steak salad do not get it, I admire the localness of the food sweetgreen aims towards but this was inedible - dare I compare to dog food.

While the food is great, I wouldn’t recommend ordering online because they never actually fill the bowl up. This is the third time it’s happened to me at this location, better to just order in store so you can ask for more.

The lettuce was fresh and the options to put on your salad are really unique. My only con is its kind of expensive. Like I'm only going to this place once a month expensive but other then that I will comeback since the food was great. I was served by one of the members which gave me a first time discount. He was nice.

Went in to pick up an online order. Was met by an unhappy employee. My workplace closes at 9pm and I am not able to get right out at 9. I arrived at the store at 9:30pm to pick up an online order and place another in person order. The location doesn’t close until 10pm and one of the employees rudely told us that they close at 10pm and they don’t do online orders after 9:30pm. We were in the store by 9:30pm and we were picking up one order and trying to place another. We asked if we could still order a to go order and we were told no by the one employee that met us at the door. The other employee working looked at us when we came in and walked towards the counter to take our order, but stopped when the man working told us no. I am not usually one to complain, but we came in very understanding and apologetic at coming in late. Like I said early I do not get to leave my job until after 9pm. We got there right at 9:30pm and were told they stay opened until 10pm but they would not serve us. I have never had that happen before and it does not make sense for a location to stay open that late if they cannot take an in person order before close. If the reason would be so that door dashers can complete orders, they would still have to have the food out and stay there. Obviously he wanted to go home, but we were there 30 minutes before close, the food was still out and the other female employee definitely was ready to serve us until he looked at her and said no we don’t do in person orders after 9:30pm. He had also already told us online ordering closes at 9:30 which we knew and then changed it to all orders after we asked if we could order one thing to go. Absolutely zero reason for the location to say they close at 10pm if they will refuse service to customers. I would understand if we came in 5 minutes before close, but this was ridiculous and he was incredibly rude.

The sweet potatoes are consistently raw. They gave me like 3 bites of chicken. I have an allergy and asked the employee to change his gloves before making my bowl, which he did. However, he then immediately handed my bowl to another employee who added food to my bowl and had not changed her gloves. Did you not just hear me say I have an allergy? Not impressed with this location.
