Great Ambiance, Great Taste. The Block’ modern yet welcoming atmosphere set the stage for an amazing casual experience. The food was outstanding, especially the crispy teriyaki chicken from Kitch. Great music!

This chill bar features a talented crew serving up drinks with flair. You'll find plenty of TVs and room for both big groups or one-on-ones. The food adds to the laid-back vibe of this spot in a growing area.

Fun food court with great selection. The sushi was ok. Salmon Skin Roll turned out to be the star. The dosa, however, was absolutely delicious!Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian sushi options, many dosa options that were vegan or vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Dosa shop clearly labeled gluten and dairy free as well as vegan options.Kid-friendliness: Funky, causal, and loud.

Went during the happy hour. The speciality cocktail drinks were amazing, and the popcorn chicken in the bar, offered by Tiger King was fabulous ! Definitely recommend the Popcorn

The music here is atrocious. Loud, obnoxious, techno-trash, I feel bad for the people who have to work here.

I went with my friends to get dinner at this place. Good food, friendly service by your staff. BUT, the heat has to be turned up. I almost choked on my dinner because I was shivering the entire time. Surely with regulars coming into your restaurant, you have enough income to fund heat? It felt like a trip to Antarctica, while simultaneously wearing nothing but bathing suits. This restaurant has a special place in my heart, but it's way too cold in here. Didn't know the dining area was the freezer where you keep all your ingredients. Felt like the Chiefs' coach at the wild card game with Patrick Mahomes's helmet cracking because of the cold.

This is my second time visiting this spot and I typically stay in the bar area for their great HH specials. Unfortunately I had a pretty unpleasant experience as I watched another patron having their dog all over their bar area space. As a fellow dog lover and owner I get that we want our fur babies with us but allowing the dog to WALK on the bar is absolutely unacceptable to me. I reported the situation to a bartender and she did not seem too alarmed. She told me dogs were allowed at the bar. This experience really made me second guess this spot as my new go to HH spot for the area.

I went to patroize OMA Sushi & Oyster Bar located in The Block Food Hall in Bethesda MD.I ordered the Lovers Roll and a Pork Gyoza there was an Asian lady on the register and ignored me because she was on a call on speaker till finally I said are you going to take my order? Finally she took my order but rung in the wrong item I advised her maybe if you weren’t on the phone you would have heard me the first time and keyed it in correctly.I waited for my food to come out and when it did a cook from the back had his bare hands NO GLOVES ON touching my Pork Gyoza dumplings. The Sushi was covered but I noticed afterwards when I went back to take my empty food tray that the sushi guy making the sushi didn’t have on any gloves either. The world we live in this is very unsanitary to say the least. Me being a Chef hates to see the lack of integrity for food and professional.I asked her to take them off she offered to remake it but at this point I just didn’t trust it because he seemed very comfortable handling the food with no gloves the way he did. She gave me a full refund.I probably won’t go back because every food stall is Asian with the exception of Little Miner Taco and all the Asian outlets all use ONE KITCHEN! So didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth to go back seeing this first hand.
