Person at the window taking orders couldn’t answer my question about the one item on the menu. My sausage sandwich was soggy as there was so much relish and ketchup and then onions which made it a sloppy mess! My daughter’s barbecue sandwich was also soggy.

My last review was emotion based. I apologize. However, I still believe the girl taking our order was so rude. Our family has taken a hit in this economy. Our kids were very excited to finally go out and try a new ice cream establishment. It’s been awhile. We were caught off guard by the rudeness that we experienced here. We will never return. To the owners please help those girls learn how to treat customers. No one deserves to be treated in such a way while getting some ice cream. Such a shame.

Could be good if the people waiting on you weren't so rude. The girl that helped us checkout was bothered and the blonde woman from the back who came out and barked at us that it was cash only wasn’t really welcoming either.
Cash only establishment. $2 to use their ATM machine. Just be safe and order ice cream or a milkshake. Everything else isn't worth it.

The food is overpriced and customer service is AWFUL. We've been there 4 times, each time they messed up the order then made us pay for it to be fixed. There are many other places in North East where you'll be treated better and can have better food.

The food was great, chicken tenders were hit and fresh, food was cheap and good, it was only 30 bucks for 3 people, the service was really good.
