I visited the White Marsh location, today. Service was horrible! It took quite a while to be approached by the waiter and even longer to receive the food. The food was good! However, I ordered a drink from the menu. I DIDN’T ORDER EXTRA liquor and was not asked If I wanted extra. When the bill came, it was an added charge! I questioned the waiter. He gets a manager. The manager was Useless! He points to small writing under the pic of the drink and didn’t offer...
Food was subpar at best, bathrooms were filthy. Our waitress however was an absolute delight, her name was Jamia. She was cheerful, kind and a little silly. She was on top of our drinks never letting us go without, talkative without becoming annoying and even dancing around a bit. She deserves all the accolades and more.
Seated very quickly, and beverages came soon after.
We ordered the 6 free garlic parmesan boneless tenders, to go. They were ok, nothing sensational, just breaded chicken in the shape of balls. Could have used more sauce, and the parmesan was scant. You really can't expect much for free.
For the entrees, we had 3 cheese Chicken Alfredo, it was good and filling. Also, the blackened chicken and shrimp, with mashed potatoes. This came with a garlic...
