Ordered food from here several times either directly or from uber eats. Without fail, they either give my food away to someone else or forget items I ordered. I love B-bubs but this place is a problem. B-dubs SUCKS in Baltimore and surrounding areas.

First time trying this location, been forever since I've stepped foot in an actual Buffalo Wild Wings. I do enjoy their wings and sauces but don't want to go to a sports bar.
Need to try this location on a busy night, I went in like 30 minutes after they opened for the day. My order came out in less than five minutes. Clean front area, back area looked clean from what I could see. It's a new location.
Basic menu, I only ever get wings. Have yet to work my way though all the sauces or dry rubs, I always get mango habanero.

Starting from arriving 5 mins late to my est of my order being ready, I waited an additional 25 minutes, for my order hadn't even started. Yes, this was paid for ahead of time and also another customer ahead of me was having the same issue. He had enough and demanded a refund. Speaking with him he had waited 10 mins for his order before he arrived. In total of waiting 35 mins for him he left. I end up getting half of his order of sauces on wings I did not order. So waiting for an order 30 mins after it told me it would be finished just to have my order messed up, I would not recommend this place. I used to work both front and back of the house at this same exact location so I know how the process works. And wings should not take more than 7 minutes to deep fry, let alone 30. Boneless wings? 5 mins. Ask me how I know. 🤭
Really great customer service during my visit from the lady at the front. I just had to leave a review because I have not had such great customer service in a while. Food was good too!

This places has no attention to detail. On 2 separate occasions I have ordered from them, only for my delivery order to be missing items. The only thing they say is come pick up the items they forgot. Very poor service.

Me and my children waited hours to support the grand opening of this location, even promoted it on social media. As a treat to my family we come every week and the owner Ronnie was rude and disrespectful to my family. Refused to allow my 10 year old daughter to use the restroom even thou we purchased and dine in. The way he spoke to my family after we spent our money, I would never buy food here again and neither should you. Please be careful of what business are allowed in our community.

If you are ever in the area the best place to go to is Buffalo Wild Wings Go! Although the wait is somewhat long it is so worth it! My first time here, the atmosphere is great they welcome you and are very polite! My friends and I came here at night just before they closed and in other stores they’ll get annoyed or don’t cook your food good but here at Buffalo Wild Wings Go even before closing they handle your food with care and the customer service is great! My friends and I even got free drinks, I recommend going at night for the free cups lol I’m kidding overall please go here if you are ever hungry and don’t know what to decide to eat! Best place in the area!!!
