I ordered a cookie bouquet this morning and received outstanding customer service from the Belair location. They were courteous and contacted me in a timely manner following my request for follow-up information. The owner made sure the delivery went out as expected. This was my first experience with this location and it exceeded my expectations, and my friend was extremely pleased with her cookie bouquet. Great experience!
The Best Customer Service! How can you not order from them? The owner, Ahmed went above and beyond the call of service. He let me know that my pickup did not happen so he personally delivered my order and it was delivered earlier than I had anticipated. Great communication and love the pic he sent me of the delivery. So happy with the arrangement and service. I can’t say enough, other than order from Ahmed!!
