The customer service here is phenomenal. They ship fast and the cookies taste amazing! Don't want to eat the cookies right away? Fine. The way they're packaged allows them to still taste just as fresh 1-2 weeks later when refrigerated The company is very communicative and the designs are outstanding.

Wow! Some of the best customer service I have had in the last several years. I placed an online order to send to my daughter at college for Valentine’s Day. Her college has a central mailroom and I was concerned that the traditional bouquet might not survive the mailroom. I emailed the store (Baltimore) to ask for them to be delivered in a box instead of the bouquet container. Within 15 minutes of sending the email, I received a call from Ahmed at the store to let me know he can do that but he is very familiar with her school and knows that the mailroom would handle it with care. Then he offered that he likes to deliver them personally and would call to see if she was available when he arrived to hand it to her directly. He assured me that if she was not available, he would leave it with the mailroom. On the day of delivery I received a text with a lovely picture of my daughter holding her cookie bouquet. He also called me to confirm the delivery and to make sure I had received the picture! He definitely has my business while my daughter is at college for the next 4 years!

Ordered a sports cookie bouquet for my Grandson’s 14th birthday. When some of the cookies got broken in the delivery process, Ahmed called me and rebaked all the cookies, put together another cookie bouquet and personally drove it to my Grandson ‘s home. Now, that’s above and beyond customer service! My Grandson was thrilled and I was too! Ahmed truly goes the extra mile for his customers!

Very good service! I was worried that my item had not been delivered. When I sent an email inquiring about it - after hours - Ahmed called me back immediately and explained that UPS had not picked up the order, so he had it delivered himself. Would highly recommend!!

I have been ordering from Cookies By Design for ten years as tradition for my sister’s birthday. Every year they have been perfect, until now. I have not been dealing with the Baltimore location until more recently as my sister just moved to the area. I placed my order to be delivered on my sister’s birthday. They showed up two days early. That was not a huge deal until she told me the seal was broken and her cookies were stale. I understand mistakes happen and am a business owner myself. I wrote a very kind letter to the owner asking him to replace the cookies and specifically stating “I do not want my money back, I just want to make this right for my sister.” What I got in return was a phone call, and not such a nice response. He refused to replace the cookies without speaking to my sister and he questioned if my story was truthful because I did not report the issue until the day after her birthday. I’m sad to say that I will no longer be doing business with Cookies By Design and urge anyone who is to use a location other than Baltimore.
