First time ordering a large pepperoni pizza. It was cooked to perfection and just the Right amount of crunch to the crust. The person who took the order over the phone was very polite. They said 10 minutes and I got there in 10 minutes and it was ready. Arrived home and it’s still piping hot and delicious.

I’m newish to the area and my cousin has ordered from here a few times when I’ve been over at her house so I figured last weekend we would place an order. The pizza was greasy and not cut all the way through and not cut into actual slices and the rest of the items we received were average. But delivery was quick and the food was good enough so I chalked it up to a busy Friday night. No big deal. Tonight I wanted to order again. After I placed my order they called and said they would deliver to me tonight but they can’t anymore because I’m not within 7 miles. Then I hear someone yelling in the background I have to order through door dash and the lady on the phone repeated that. I asked them to cancel my order as I did not want to pay extra door dash fees. However I looked up the distance and it says I’m 5.9 miles away…soooo not sure what that was about but don’t think I’ll be giving them another try.

Great food!! We had a cheese steak sub that was delicious. My husband said it was the softest roll he ever had. My turkey club was perfect, everything was so fresh. Super fast delivery.

I recently dined at Fratellos Pizza and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, and the spaghetti dish I ordered was incredibly delicious. This is definitely a great place to bring your family for a wonderful dining experience. Five stars all the way!

I can honestly say everything that I've ever ordered from there is very very good and pizza is number one on the list for being good I don't eat a lot but I do order a whole pizza eat a couple slices and take the rest home to chew on when I want a light snack works pretty good for me

First time trying pizza, needed 6 for a gathering. Everyone loved it including myself!! The next day a few folks ordered other items off the menu and enjoyed as well. This is a diamond in the rough!!
I am very disappointed in Fratellos. I have been a regular customer for the past few years. I recently ordered delivery online and paid with a Visa. I did not include a tip because I was going to give a cash tip which I did. My food was $33 excluding fees and I gave a $10 cash tip (it was Saturday night and raining so I thought I would show my appreciation for delivery). When I checked my bank statement, I noticed the Fratello's charge was $5 more than the Visa receipt that was emailed to me. I assume they thought I didn't tip but even if I didn't, what gives them the right to add a tip without my consent? They already charge a delivery fee and credit card fee. My $33 worth of food ended up costing me $51.95! I thought they were an honest business but I was obviously wrong. I will never go there again. I do not like to reward dishonest businesses. Most people don't check their bank statements so they probably do this all the time and they think they can get away with it. Hopefully, reviews like this will stop them.

So disappointed!! We ordered food an hour and a half ago. We got a call back asking if we wanted to add a tip (30 minutes after we ordered). We said no, and said we had cash for the tip. After that- an hour later we get a knock at the door, the food was put on the ground and the driver bolted. The food is cold and nasty. We have been trying to call and nobody will answer. If this is how you treat customers that have ordered from you numerous times then cool, we won’t order from you ever again. We always tip well over what is the norm. So messed up!!
