I will be reporting them to the BBB for selling coupons on Clipp and refusing to honor them. I went into their designated store today and the sales associate told me that her manager said she was no longer accepting these coupons and I should contact Clipp for a refund. My daughter went earlier this week and got the buy 3, get 1 free special. They tried to charge her for 4 and when she said one was supposed to be free, the guy asked her if she wanted the pretzel to be free.
Then, I went today and ordered 2 pretzels and 1 cheese dip. Cashier rings up 2 cheese dips so I told her she charged me wrong. The dips are $0.79, the receipt says $1.58. I said just give me the second dip and she refuses because she said when you get 2 pretzels, that’s...read full review
My nephew was requesting pretzels before I left the house on the day of my visit. I didn’t plan to go out of my way but just happened to drive past this and stopped in. The service was terrible and I couldn’t get real answers about allergens/ingredients in some of the drinks. This is dangerous for someone with allergies. Overall, the pretzels were not worth the price but I very much enjoyed the fresh squeezed orangeade.
