10/10. Staff was so friendly, inviting and warm. They took my food allergy seriously and made things easy. Food was delicious as always!

The chopped brisket sandwich was enough meat for two people.

Came here to grab food for my father who is in the hospital currently. I told them I always give him a hard time when he wants McDonald’s so he said McDonald’s or mission bbq. I said mission bbq.
I didn’t do this for sympathy, I was just explaining it’s for my father because he wants food and in the hospital. And it was easier to show them my order, and I also hate being on the phone while trying to speak to service employees and apologized.
They gave me a complimentary banana pudding and were extremely kind and generous and made sure I left with everything I needed.
From the register employee to the staff cooking & the lady handing out orders. We really appreciate you and my dad is going to be very happy. And this is much healthier for him since he’s in the hospital!!! Can’t wait to come back on better circumstances :)

Meet with dry. Seem to be overcooked as well. Probably won't go again!

What's not to like about Mission BBQ?
Nuff said....be there or be square.

The pulled pork and pulled chicken is a little dry. The fries and mac and cheese are pretty good. The service is always top notch though.

Great place, great food, great service. I got the most brisket and the green beans side. Corn bread was served with the brisket. The meat was tender and delicious. I paired it with the Smoky Mountain bbq sauce. Service is efficient and excellent.

Way overpriced for the amount you get. The brisket had way too much fat. The pulled chicken was the best part of the meal.

The beef brisket is among the best I've ever had. I wish the bread pudding was a permanent dessert item instead of seasonal. I always get the moist brisket with some extra bark (the black top of the brisket) .

We were greeted by a very friendly staff that was eager to serve. This is a huge plus in a society where customer service in fast food cafeteria style restaurants is uncommon. The Mission truck in the parking lot was smoking the enticing bbq smeĺl and the military/law enforcement theme in the dining room is very patriotic. The food was not that good. Our pulled chicken sandwich was piled high on a fresh bun but was not hot or even warm, the baked beans were pasty, as if they had been reheated or simmered too long, and the medium cheeseburger arrived well done, dry and full of gristle. We were hungry and just choked our food down without complaining about it. It's one of those situations where, we probably will just decide to eat elsewhere. A lot of people seem to like their menu.

Great brisket, selection, and atmosphere. While it is a small chain, it retains the flavor and quality of a local restaurant.

Likely racist. Literally watched as they served others who came behind me. Then they make the excuse of "ohhh it got pushed to the side". Yeah right. It's sad these types aren't extinct yet. On to Canton or Bel Air. Food is better cooked there anyways and customer service is awesome. ?
