Tried to order food twice: the first time was for delivery. They were willing to take a credit card by phone but then said I was out of the delivery area. I called back and placed a pick-up order and tried to pay with a credit card cause someone else was doing the pick-up. They said no. I said you just took the same order with the same credit card about 15 mins ago...and they hung up on me. This was the first time ever I was trying to order from them so I will not recommend them or bother going back.

I had ordered crispy beef and got orange beef with crispy sauce. There was nothing good about it. It felt and tasted like uncooked mush. My egg rolls were over cooked and my dumplings were not fully cooked. Will never go there

We planned to try this place for the first time tonight, but the information inaccurately says they have "Dining-in". They have all access to tables blocked and do not accommodate dining in the facility. So, we had to eat elsewhere. What that in mind, I would say it is not "kid friendly" anymore either.

This is my go to for great Chinese cuisine. The food is always delicious my usual is spicy general tso with spring rolls. Whether picking up or getting delivery it is always ready fast. And the customer service is top notch, all staff is personable and very friendly.
First time trying New Han and wow we're we impressed! Best Chinese food restaurant around! Sweet and Sour Chicken is my go to and it was the best one I've had in the past 12 years of living in the Whitemarsh area. I will add pictures and more info later.

I ordered the Orange Chicken combo for $14.95.It came with the chicken, chicken fried rice, egg roll, egg drop soup and some chip things.Everything was very very good except for the chips, lacked flavor to me, but were just a bonus.Will be trying again!

You're welcome! Ever since covid hit, they've been carry out only, though I think that might change hopefully for them!
