We ate dinner here last night and everything was great. Omar was super friendly… went out of his way to assist! All of the employees had great customer service… the young lady (Amber I think her name was) was attentive and very welcoming. Will come back again!
#1) They don’t check their take-out orders to insure all items are included that have been paid for #2) they don’t apologize (Paul, the manager) when the fault was found (nor offer to compensate in any way) #3) they placed an unauthorized 20% tip against my credit card. ($8 on a $40 take-out order)
I won’t be back.
I’ve gotten the penne Rosa at this noodles and company a year ago and at the one in a local mall and it was great. This time both my brother and I got it and it was very dry, the noodles felt way too chewy and there was no flavor at all. It almost doesn’t look like there is any sauce. Will be going to Towson location next time.
