While the food is almost always excellent, it will be the last time visiting as they started adding a "convenience fee" to every check. Convenient for who? Certainly not for the customers that have to drive through bad traffic to get there.

I've been coming here for yrs. I OFTEN see the lady be rude to her customers and I shake my head. However, today it was my turn after all these yrs. I arrived 30 mins b4 closing and that must've pissed her off. I always order Thai tea at every pho spot but the first time I ordered from here it was super creamy and sugary. I sucked it up as a lost. I ordered again today to see if it was the same and it was, except this time I decided to tell her it was nasty and all hell broke loose. She started going off about how everyone loves the tea and she doesn't care that I don't like the tea and told me to never come back. Since I found better Pho spots, her wish will be granted. Doesn't change the fact that her tea is full of cream and sugar, can't taste any tea!! Good riddance! That lady is old, miserable and very rude!

Last year Jeremy and I took my mom to have ramen... My mom has only ever eaten dollar store ramen, Nissan, and all that low-level make-at-home nonsense. Whenever my sisters or I were sick as children, my mom would come at us with a bowl of cheap ramen. Sometimes she would send a thermos full of ramen in our lunches. Personally, I hated ramen. I didn't know anything about fixing up cheap ramen with cheese, or scallions, or an egg. I hated ramen. She always cooked the noodles to mush. I started exploring more expensive packaged ramens when I met my boyfriend, and we started shopping at Asian markets. I learned that there are curry ramens, and incredible spicy ones, and even ramen you eat cold! So when they opened that ramen spot over at the Avenue at White Marsh, we took my mom so she could experience a proper bowl of ramen. And she loved it. My boyfriend recently had his first pho a couple months ago (Miss Saigon), and has been talking about it since, so I started to get a bit jealous. I figured we could take my mom to get pho for the first time and we could discuss whether she preferred ramen or pho... Except that she didn't order pho!! She had Bún tôm thịt nướng chả giò: Grilled shrimp, pork and egg roll with vermicelli. She seemed to thoroughly enjoy it. The pork was incredibly tender and delicious. Jeremy and I both got the same pho. I like it when I can share my meal with him, even if it's just my leftovers. Plus, the bowls ARE HUGE, and there was no way that I was going to be able to finish it myself. And, everyone knows that any noodle soup is never going to be as good if you reheat it. The noodles get soggy. The fresh, crisp veg gets wilted and loses its zing. We got Tái chín nạm: Rare steak, brisket and flank - and it was so filling. The noodles were all clumped in the bottom of the bowl, but they slowly came apart the longer they sat in the beautiful beef broth. The meat was all tender. I loved everything about this soup, but I couldn't finish it. It was an enormous bowl. We also had some chicken wings. They were fine. Not hammered, just enough thai chili sauce. You can get better wings elsewhere. Would absolutely recommend the iced Vietnamese coffee. It's sweet and fantastic, and I wish I could order it more often, but alas there aren't any Vietnamese places in my neighborhood. Now I need to try a different pho place so I have something to compare 7Rich to because Jeremy kept saying Miss Saigon was better, with a richer broth. And I still need my mom to try pho at all.

I can no longer give this restaurant a good rating. I found a thin piece of plastic in my food, that resembled dental floss. Although they apologized, they didn’t cover my bill or rectify the major error. I was in shock at what I pulled out of mouth and I quietly left without making a scene. But I could never go back after that.

The most delicious pho on the east side of Baltimore! The food is fast, delicious, and plentiful. The ordering is a 50/50 shot. 1st visit we ordered a side of noodles 3 times, and got it twice, but were still charged for all 3. 2nd visit ordered gui cuon (2 orders) and never received any but were charged for it. Barring that, it's still top notch - and unlike many places, the meats in the pho TASTE delicious!

Stopped by for dinner and hadn’t been in a while, still serving delicious Pho and spring rolls. Was a bit surprised at the prices as I wouldn’t expect similar prices here that I find in the heart of the city. But still worth a try if you like pho.

The best Pho north of the Baltimore Beltway. Their chicken in the Pho can be a little tough somedays, but I love the rare steak (sliced eye round), and even the veggie pho that comes with veggies & fried Tofu cubes. Their Pho has the most herbs, onion and jalapeño slices, bean sprouts, and spicy chili paste sauces on the side that I've ever seen in any Pho restaurant. And surprisingly, the Pho is actually nearly just as good when taken to-go and prepared in <1min at home! We go here frequently!Vegetarian options: Veggie Pho, stir fried veggie plates.Parking: Lot connected to the front door, strip mallKid-friendliness: Families occasionally dine here with their kids of nearly all ages, but most of the time it's adults enjoying veitnamese foodWheelchair accessibility: Ground Floor entry door

Today- 10/14/2023, I ordered 4 from their menu. The Soup #3 has something that has weird texture. I thought it was an old tripe, that is not chewable. I spit it then checked what was it. I cannot figure out, so I spooned the big one. To my surprise, it was a large folded paper towel which exactly looks like a tripe. I stopped eating & hurriedly brought the food to the store. I showed the staff what I saw from the soup and she screamed “that’s a tripe”. From the video, you will see her reaction when she touched and held the soup- soaked paper towel.

Good pho quick. I'd say 3.5 stars would be accurate. I would like to feel more welcomed. I'm an occasional customer and loyal to Pho7 Rich when I eat pho. I just don't ever feel like it is any more than a transaction. Other restaurants where I dine frequently know me and treat me as if I matter. I don't get that here. Just go for the Pho...

The food is really good, but the service not so good. They also close the restaurant earlier than what is posted on Google, Today Sunday September 3rd, 2023 they closed prior to 7:00 pm, they supposed to be closing at 8:00pm according to Google, and if you arrive 30 minutes prior to closing time Monday through Friday they will tell you “We close”Please update your business hours so we don’t have to drive all the way there for no reason.

This is a casual Vietnamese restaurant in Nottingham. Surprisingly, they had a decent number of diners even on a random Thursday afternoon. Most entrees including pho are priced around $16. The portion size for my lemongrass chicken was huge. Unfortunately the meat seemed a little tough although the flavor wasn't bad. My husband got a bahn mi (Vietnamese sandwich) which was okay except they seem to have forgotten the cucumbers. The egg rolls were crispy. The decor is spartan. It's not a bad place to grab food if you're in the area but I wouldn't necessarily drive a distance to eat here.
