Ordered dinner. Usually we would pick it up but short on time I opted for delivery even though the wait was longer than originally expected. Then to top it off we didn't even get the pizza we ordered. When I called to figure out where it was they said the driver doesn't have it.....ok which means they never made it. No apology or other explanation, just asked if I wanted a refund or should they make it and send it. The lack of customer service is probably why we won't order again...read full review
Found a blonde hair in my food, called them and was told they’d send another order of food instead of a refund. Guy showed up and asked to see the hair, I said I pulled it out of my food to look at it, and he proceeded to try and argue that it didn’t come from them. No one in my home has short blonde hair, terrible customer service and the food wasn’t even that good in the first place.
I ordered a grilled chicken avocado salad. it was amazing. so fresh. also covered with walnuts and craisins. Delicious!!!
