Backbone Mt Pizza

Something was majorly wrong with the kitchen last night. I love BBT - best wings in the area. However, last night, we brought in friends of ours who have never been here. The kitchen was immensely slow - 90 minutes after we ordered, and the only thing that made it out was an appetizer - and that took almost an hour. We cancelled the rest of the order, paid for our drinks and app and left. I guess they were having a bad night in the kitchen. What bothers me is that there was no explanation. We were disappointed, but not as much as another guy who screamed “I’m never coming back here” as he left in a huff. It will be a while, but we will definitely try again after boating season. The food is just too good to give up on BBT.

The service was VERY slow, although the waitress was very nice. The boneless wings were so greasy. There was grease pooled in the bottom of the basket and I was up sick all night after only eating three. My husband had the cheesesteak sandwich and it was good.

Busy or not. Customers should always be right. Especially if they were as nice and patient as they could be for waiting two hours for food with young children. The attitudes of the workers and owner was unreal. Had been there numerous times before and never had issues. But will not go back anymore.

Our group had 20 people and every single order was correct! The staff was on top of everything and the attention to detail was top notch! We will definitely be going back!

They say online they will allow dogs on those outside seating.. when I asked they got all offended and said no. I used to love this place, I will not be back. Shame.

Backbone is our go to place for date nights or family events. The food is delicious and it’s a beautiful tavern. They have a great menu for kids as well. It’s my two year olds favorite place to eat. With every kid meal they send out a chocolate treat as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Great family owned small business. Wish more people knew about them! I’ve been getting their pizza since I was a kid and nothing has changed. Amazing quality, great prices and excellent customer service. Best pizza around!

After many recommendations, we tried Backbone. We got garlic butter parmesan and general Tso's wings. Nice size and delicious!! Tried the duck wings,a little too greasy( but I think that's just duck). Cheesesteak nachos were great, mozzarella sticks were great , the marinara sauce was awesome! The Cheesesteak pizza was so out of this world!!!! Our think our favorite overall was the sauce. Looking forward to our next visit! Oh and everyone there was so nice and the restaurant/ bar was very nice and very clean!!

I'm gonna tell you what!! I had THE BEST grilledChicken sub I've EVER had in my life the other night. It was absolutely to die for.lip smacking fantastic! Loved it!! Slap ur gramma delicious!! I see another one in my near future!Backbone is rockin it!!

We went last saturday for the first time and had a great time. Even thought it was raining the band continued to play and it eventually stopped and we are so glad we stopped here. They had a free mechanical bull set up which was a fun time and a fire pit with chairs around it so you could sit by the fire and listen to the band. This is a really cool venue and I bet it would be even more fun with a lot of people. I wish the outdoor bar was not cash only since it was a $10 cover charge to get in.

Went with our neighbors for my husband's birthday. They found out about it and went over and above to help us celebrate. Every time we've been there, the service and food were excellent. Atmosphere is rustic and cozy. Can't say enough about the Backbone Tavern. Just go there!
