Great wings and buffalo chicken dip! Our server was super friendly and extremely attentive. I really appreciated that the music wasn't super loud like most bars are. There was a bit of a wait for food but nothing you wouldn't experience at any bar on a Saturday evening. Would definitely come back if we weren't from out of town!

My wife and I go to Back-Bone Tavern often. It's clean,friendly and the food is pretty good. However.....
When we went this past Saturday, it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get our food. The waitress apologized several times, but apparently they have a policy where they fulfill phone in orders before they take care of the people seated in the restaurant. The place was busy and we expected it to take longer than usual, but this was ridiculous! A total of 2 hours to get a beer and a sandwich? The stupid part is; if we went in, sat down and ordered a beer, then called in a phone order from my cell phone; we would have gotten food much sooner.
You may also consider putting a lock on the men's restroom. With no lock; the door opens right in the dinning area. Not a site someone eating needs to see. Not to mention the embarrassment of the person using the restroom. We like the place, but unless some changes are made; I doubt we will return.

I got stopped for a road paving construction project. Didn't go to the tavern, but it seems nice from the outside.

Food sucked, service sucked.
The staff will loudly talk crap about you and give you dirty looks after they make a mistake once they think your not in ear shot.
Ordering online is cheaper than calling in if their website works. All In all not a good place, 10/10 dont reccomend. The wings weren't even edible with how dry they where.

Something was majorly wrong with the kitchen last night. I love BBT - best wings in the area. However, last night, we brought in friends of ours who have never been here. The kitchen was immensely slow - 90 minutes after we ordered, and the only thing that made it out was an appetizer - and that took almost an hour. We cancelled the rest of the order, paid for our drinks and app and left. I guess they were having a bad night in the kitchen. What bothers me is that there was no explanation. We were disappointed, but not as much as another guy who screamed “I’m never coming back here” as he left in a huff. It will be a while, but we will definitely try again after boating season. The food is just too good to give up on BBT.

absolute favorite place to go for wings! We have become regulars at wing night! Drive about 40 minutes to eat wings on Thursday. Other food is excellent too! Love the owner, servers & bartenders. They are super friendly and are hard workers! Food is cooked to order and kitchen seems small, so may take a little while. But servers keep your drinks filled and get apps out quick. If your starving order and app while you wait for your wings/meals. Great atmosphere and decor. It’s a little out of the way, but totally worth the drive!

Read about the place in the local paper which made us want to visit. It made us very happy we did. Servings were large and beer was cold. Prices were fair and all employees were friendly. We will be back!

Busy or not. Customers should always be right. Especially if they were as nice and patient as they could be for waiting two hours for food with young children. The attitudes of the workers and owner was unreal. Had been there numerous times before and never had issues. But will not go back anymore.

Our group had 20 people and every single order was correct! The staff was on top of everything and the attention to detail was top notch! We will definitely be going back!
