Very bad experience with food. The waiter was super at his job. My food came out cold, and even when they sent it back out, it was barely warm enough. The appearance was not appetizing at all.

Drove past this place hundreds of times while on business and finally got to go in and try it on my own time today. Some of the finest NY style pizza I’ve had. I got a pretty basic pizza with just cheese and basil, and my wife got the meat lovers. It was 10/10, from both of us. I’m normally not big on crust and usually end up dipping it in marinara or something, but that wasn’t necessary with this stuff. Everything was excellent. I noticed that pretty much all of the negative reviews were people mad about their orders taking too long when it was busy, rather than the actual quality of the food. People are just impatient sometimes... I also noticed management went out of their way to try to right things with those people on the bad reviews. That’s awesome - it shows you actually care about the quality of your product. A lot of businesses can’t say the same, and I respect you guys for that. Also our server Matt was very chill and easy to talk to. Props to you, my dude. Highly recommend stopping at Brenda’s.
