Rayelynn, the manager, has really turned this store around. its clean, she has turned the staff around and they have been doing the work they are supposed to be doing. she has gained alot of respect from customers and staff alike. Good job on turning this store around. Its more welcoming and friendly.

They see you but don't talk, no ill be right there, nothing. I stood there for aleast 2 minutes with a toddler on hip waiting for my order to be taken. I could hear their inappropriate conversations they were having in the back and most of them seem to have attitudes. I've complained about this before and nothing got done

we stopped at this burger King after hours of traveling and needing a bathroom and something to eat. if I could give it zero stars I would! not only did we not eat there but the place was too filthy to even use the bathrooms. after taking a look, those bathrooms and toilets hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. the urinal in the men's room was broken and someone was using the sink! I can't imagine the condition of the food if employees are using those bathrooms. beyond disgusting!

I don't know what the problem is with the Oakland Burger King I have never gotten all of the food I order and pay for !!! Every time I go here .. I will boycott them for a year and I decide to try again and it's the same thing Everytime !! I advise never to patronize the Burger King in Oakland because you will be paying for food you don't get !! If it happened once and a while I understand but it's literally Everytime I go there !!! Worse fast food place ever !!!

Most of the tables were dirty it took us a while to find a clean one. Also there were bee’s flying around the store, mainly the pop machine they were flying in and out of the discharge section of the machine, good thing we didn’t get stung or have a bee in our cups. It appears they were short handed because it took awhile for us to get our food
