We got there at 5:30 pm. Was seated and ordered by 5:45. Did not receive food until 6:45. Nacho”s were soggy and very salty, burger was way too thick and burned on one side, baked potato was cold, steak was not cooked to order and not hot. They did not have Ranch or A-1. Poor waitress was feeling everyone “s anger, assured her that it was not her fault. Asked to speak to manager, he was not on site, he was at Wal-Mart. I only have a 2 hr window to eat and that is between 5 pm and 7 pm. I will not be back. Very poor meals, and supervisor. Come on Denny”s you can improve .

we went to Denny's in Oakland md i had French toast and scrambled eggs with fresh fruit and my bf had a lumber jack slam one egg sunny side up over cooked ham was cold i had to take back my French toast cause it was over cooked hard to cutnot a good service it took about an hour to get our food to us

Food is ok and service was good. I have one complaint...they have an error on their menu and they know it. Their error cost me $3.00!! I ordered the chicken tender dinner. The menu said it came with 2 sides and dinner bread. I ordered fries and a garden salad. When I got the bill...the garden salad was added on as an extra. When I questioned it I was told that there is an error on the menu. The garden salad is not a side choice but it is clearly listed under the sides. The waitress said management told them that if anyone complains they will take it off the bill. She said, I can call management if you want me to. Really?? If there is a known problem put a sticker on the menu so that your customer knows. Or if someone orders one side and a garden salad...tell them when they are ordering. It is deceptive to not say anything and then just bill people. That's wrong! I paid it...but I am writing this to alert others since the management is not going to. I got double ripped off. I got one side with the meal instead of 2 and then paid for a salad that I shouldn't have had to pay for. The agreeable people get to pay...but if you are a complainer they will remove it from the bill. Good plan people!!

Worst restaurant in town. Spent 2 hours tonight waiting for our food. We were patient because they got hit with a rush after a school function. When our food came out 1/2 burnt and the other 1/2 dirty from a grill that clearly hadn't been maintained all night, we asked to speak to the manager. He was completely full of excuses and got defensive when I said it was a management issue and he walk away. If that isn't enough, our waitress, who was doing her best, was yelled at by one of the men in the kitchen until she burst into tears. The manager never offered to remake the food. Didn't offer a discount - nothing. My husband had to find the waitress who was still crying, and request all the food that was not edible be removed from the bill. We will never go back. This restaurant is a disgrace to the Denny's brand.

She waited on the entire restaurant by herself with the friendliest mood and genuine smile and kept everything moving at a perfect pace, never appearing flustered or rushed. It made me realize how rare pleasant service is, and how much it meant that she started our day off on such a bright note! She made special time between me and my teen even nicer. We will be back bc of her!
