Really excited these guys were open. It’s was the perfect stop for a lakeside lunch even in the off-season. The Mac and cheese was awesome and the shrimp warp was fresh with just enough spice.

Champions Lakeside Grill is now the Cabin Lodge Grill. Awesome enough to go back for a second lunch! The crab hush puppies were delicious, the fries fresh cut and salty. Fresh-made lemonade right onsite was the perfect beverage before and after time on the water.

Incredible. Get the Nashville chicken sandwich! The manager, Ingrid, remembers my name and order every time. Wonderful woman.

After hearing rave reviews of the Nashville chicken sandwich we stopped there on our way out of town. After a 40 minute wait for 4 sandwiches and a fry, we had four of the worst sandwiches we've had in a long time. We had to use a knife to cut off the burnt outer layer of batter. Part of me wants to return because the potential the sandwich has is so high and we had been told that it is excellent, but I'm wary.

The fries were excellent- fresh-cut, skin-on and done enough to stay crispy til I finished them. The burger (I got the regular, not the smokehouse) was also good- a good-sized portion, flavorful done well, served with a generous amount of pickles and two (2!) slices of tomato. But.... cheddar was not a cheese option; and, when I asked, I was told the options were Havarti, Feta, Mozzarella or Provolone- however she neglected to mention that the Havarti was dilled. Perhaps she didn't know there was a difference; but it made a difference to this cheeseburger purist who wouldn't have ordered it had she known (I really wanted Cheddar).

I had the Hot Mediterranean Chicken sandwich and my girlfriend had the Souvlaki wrap. Both were very tasty. The fries were great as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone by the lake looking to get a quick bite by the lake.

Ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich which included crispy chicken, Nashville sauce, pickles, lettuce, and a spicy aeoli sauce. What I received was a small thin dry piece of chicken that was not crispy but instead grilled on a damp bun and nothing else. None of the toppings advertised. Awful. Also took roughly 25 minutes.
