The employees are hard working and use good manners. I've seen them deal with real nasty customers like it was an everyday thing,just taking it in stride.
NASTY !!! Rude!!! This is the third time I have ordered from here R3CENTLY and got the nastiest attitude. If you dont like your job or life dont take it out on other people. Im calling corporate tomorrow first thing .we dont have many places around here and I'm not going to keep spending money where I'm treated like crap or rushed to order food that I'm paying for. My family likes Little Caesars and I'm not going to take something away from my happy family because some nasty gross rude person cant control their attitude. .Grow up be an adult and learn good customer service . You dont own that store! And your going to stop talking to people that way because I recorded this time and I'm sharing it with corporate .

To be honest, I do not understand all of the negative reviews here. It is my to go spot when I need something quick for some time now. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty. The staff is friendly and polite. Sometimes when they are busy, the staff might seem rushy, but it is something normal in this line of work

Food is exactly what you expect which is fine. Service on the other hand is abysmal. Rude is an understatement and if I ever order from here and don't have to immediately go back to get the stuff they forgot to give me I'd probably end up going back anyway out of force of habit.

I had some issues with them answering the phone to place an oder because the Evening shift leaves the phone off the hook. So then the Assistant manager Nicole gets ahold of me on messenger and took care of the issues! And I want to thank Nicole for caring for her customers!

Not to get all sentimental, but I lived in Delaware my whole life and never had a little Caesar’s as good as this one before moving here. When you ask for extra toppings or sauce they actually put extra toppings and sauce. They’re always super busy but keep things light hearted and a smile on their face. Not to overrate but this is probably hands down the best Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to lol really good pizza ?
