Not to get all sentimental, but I lived in Delaware my whole life and never had a little Caesar’s as good as this one before moving here. When you ask for extra toppings or sauce they actually put extra toppings and sauce. They’re always super busy but keep things light hearted and a smile on their face. Not to overrate but this is probably hands down the best Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to lol really good pizza ?

I grew up working for Foodland where we were trained on how to treat their customers. Marlin R is outstanding in this field. It only took 15 minutes to get my pizza and I had plenty of time to observe his interaction with people and making sure the orders were correct and he hustled the whole time. ?

Trash, if you don't call and order, your food will be cold and you'll have to wait inside and listen to the manager scream at everyone. I called today and they said 15 minutes I show up exactly 21 minutes after set time and then they said it's going to be another 15 minutes.

The last two times I went to Lil' Caesar's in Oakland, MD they would not wait on me. The first time I thought it was just a fluke or they were having a bad day or something. Went there at 4:05 this afternoon and waited 35 minutes. Lots of folks came in after me that were waited on. One gal that ordered apologized to me saying that she assumed I had already been waited on. So of course I said to the gal behind the counter that I had not been waited on and had been standing right in front of the counter for 25 minutes. She would not respond to me in any way, much less take my order. this is not personal and I am not a rude person. I always tip and I am always polite. And I don't know anyone personally that works there so I have no idea why this has happened to me TWICE in a row now! I had to leave because I had no choice. I never was waited on. I think the problems all started with that darn porthole thing. They used to wait on me and I had gone there once or twice a month for many years. I'm 67.

i got there and it's high schoolers not even in uniform running the place... like i do not want you wearing a tank top with your sweaty pits hanging out while you are making my food, not even wearing gloves touching people's food. disgusting . well i waited for a while but after waiting a half hour she informed me that they sold my order that was already ready to another customer. then she said it would be a couple minutes. ridiculous considering i was already waiting 45 minutes from the time i ordered it. when they did give it to me they gave me the wrong order and i asked for a refund but she said she couldn't do that because there is no manager in the building. the best she can do is give me a free pizza on my next visit. well no thank you there will not be a next time. i tried calling corporate to talk to an adult and their office is closed. but they will definitely be hearing from me. like by the time i got my order i waited a total of an hour. i will be contacting the health department about the uncleanliness of this "restaurant"

Pizza was not cooked through, I ordered Italian breadsticks and got home realized they gave me a lunch combo pizza. Will not return to this location for pizza anymore.

Waited 30 minutes on a hot n ready. Which had more crust coverage than the toppings did. Day before hot n ready was more like old n not ready had to bring it back in to get them to cut it. Not to mention the ppl already packed in like sardines waiting for their orders . The staff was shoddy at best. Keep Goin to next pizza place

On 8/13 I placed a mobile order for pizza at the Oakland MD location for a pickup time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I arrived at 11:30 my order was not only not ready, it had never been attempted. No communication that the store was unable to keep the pickup time. No estimate on when it would be available. The employee response was "I'm by myself, BFS doesn't give me help". I received my order at 12:05. As BFS is well aware of, this is very unprofessional and a waste of customers time, but Nothing new as this is what Marshall (BFS founder/Owner) allows and expects at his locations. Very disappointed, but not surprised today, as again this reflects the culture Marshall has instilled at BFS.

I stood at the register for more than 10 minutes to pay and there wasn't a sole in the store. I yelled a couple times too. So, I guess I could have picked up their cash register and put it in my car?? I was late for an appt that day because of this!
