Perfect spot for a nice casual dinner. We own a vacation home in Terra Alta, WV and like to check out new restaurants for dinners. We really enjoyed our meal here, delicious food, perfect portion sizes so that you can finish your meal, feel full, and not have a bunch of leftovers to throw away. Our server was great, food came out quick, restaurant was nice and clean, live music was setting up, and we got a table right away. It was a nice spot to find in Oakland so we didn’t have to drive all the way into Deep Creek. Will be back for sure! :)Food & drinks: Meatball sandwich, chicken philly, chicken salad sandwich, hot dog, and steak salad were all very delicious!

I thought since under new owners it might be good boy was I wrong the deli meat open face roast beef was so salty I could barely swallow it and it was on what I could tell was some old hard bread what a disappointment the service was even worse only 1 person there and they was really mean and ignorant. This is definitely my new spot and will stay as our main spot to eat great food and chill. You have to try the CRAB SOUP thats 10/10 and so addicting! The ambiance is modern with a touch of contemporary vibes…

Great spot for a meal and drinks. We stopped midafternoon for sandwiches and drinks which were all great! We also met Stephanie (owner) who was super nice, running bar and tables, and jokingly wondering if she’s taken on too much. Go stop in and help her know her (and the staff) efforts are well worth it! We’ll be back.

Food at the Riverside Grille was outstanding! Owner, Joe, came to the table and was super friendly, telling us about specials and background about the restaurant. Comfortable, fun environment with multiple sports games on. Would absolutely return.... highly recommend.
