Every aspect of our visit was fantastic. The food, the drinks, the service, everything has been wonderful. Absolutely worth the drive. All the food was fresh and expertly made, the smoked old fashioned is the best I’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back again any time we come through town.

Place was so great! Customer service was amazing. I got the Chicken and Jalapeño flat bread, Meatballs and Hummus, and the chicken skewers and they each were amazing. The drinks were a Kiwi or Not and Paloma and no complaints there. Would highly recommend!

Love this little hidden gem! Can't say enough about how the new owners have hit an absolute home run! Fantastic food options drink. Menu and laid back friendly vibe. Great place to have a family dinner or have drinks and dinner with friends. If it's busy or you want to stick around for a bit playing cornhole it's a great way to pass the time! We will be back again and again

We were in Deep Creek for the weekend and we wanted a restaurant away from the crowd. We ate here on Saturday evening and while it was busy we didn't have to wait to be seated. We ordered the red sangria and their smoked old fashioned and were pleased with both. Then we ordered to share the pork burgers sliders, the steak crostini (don't have a photo because I was dying of trying them), and the pork belly on rice. Everything was delicious. We loved all tree dishes and we wished we could eat more because all their dishes seemed great. I loved particularly the steak crostini although I wish the steak was a bit more medium than well cooked. That didn't take away from the taste and quality of it all though. My husband went crazy for the pork belly on rice (it's quite spicy). And the pork burgers were light and super cute. I highly recommend Pawn Run Bar and, if we decide to go back to Deep Creek, we'll definitely eat here again!

I live in Louisiana. Routinely travel between New Orleans and as far as tobermory Canada. This was hands down the worst service I have experienced probably ever. Cancelled my drink order after an hour. Waitress said she couldn’t just go grab it from the bar and the bar tender was back ordered. I looked over at the bar and the tender was leaning in the back talking to some one. I will never go back to this place. Entitled attitude from staff. Nothing good to say about this experience.

We ordered chicken skewers, sliders, pork flatebread and street steak tacos . It all taste so good! Highly recommend the food. It being summer time ,they were so busy. The food did take a while but worth the wait. If you do decide to check them out ask for John he will take great care of you. If you go and they are busy, remember to be kind to the staff they are going to try their best to take care of you. We do plan on coming back when in the area. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was a 20/10! I live in a beach town in Delaware where great hospitality and exceptional food are essential for creating memorable experiences, especially for vacationers. While visiting Deep Creek, we came across this spot thanks to its stellar Google reviews and decided to give it a try. It absolutely lived up to the hype!!!
The portions were generous, the food came out hot and flavorful, and the prices were more than fair. Our server, Johnny, was outstanding— friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome.
When we return to this area, this restaurant will be at the top of our list. If you’re nearby and looking for a great place to dine— indoors or outdoors— don’t pass this one up. It’s a must-visit.
PS: I couldn’t have the drinks because I am pregnant, but everyone else who was with me said they were fantastic.

Don’t sit at the bar if you want any service or food. I was the only one at the bar and no one said hello for the first 15 minutes. They finally got my Diet Coke and I ordered food. 45 minutes later, still no food. I was told that there was a mixup and someone else got my order. They said it would only be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, I paid for my Diet Coke and walked out. I never had dinner. Other people at the bar got food, just not me. It was like I was as invisible.
Fresh food with great flavor. Good portion sizes to share as a family. Well worth the wait when there is one.

Unfortunately, our experience at Pawn Run was disappointing. The food arrived late and service was slow (although they appeared to be fully staffed). I understand food is made to order and comes out as it is ready but 2 items took over 40 minutes (burger sliders and tacos) when we were told 5 minutes, then another 5 and so on. Will not go out of the way to go back anytime soon.
