This subway is very clean now I don’t know what changed but it used to not be so clean . Anyways I went in last night after my Walmart trip and was promptly greeted by Craig who also made my sub . I can honestly say for the first time my sub was perfect by the time I got home and had just enough ingredients to satisfy every bite . I don’t usually do reviews unless it’s negative but our experience with Craig was so pleasant my husband said we just had to. He was very professional ,positive and kind . The world needs more employees like this it truly makes a difference and makes me want to come back and spend my money at subway again. Thank You

This Subway caters primarily towards the visiting Tourist Community. They do not participate in most Subway Company deals and promotions. And they are consistently running out of the most common options people choose. Hope they get better.

Two people in front of me and took almost a half hour to get to order, then in the middle of making my sub the lady stops to answer the phone and starts ringing up there order or something. After waiting so long I walked out, it was ridiculous to have the ignore me.

I prefer this subway over the one in Walmart. It is clean and the employees are very nice. Honestly it might just be me but their ingredients of the subs are just super fresh tasting. I like getting a chicken bacon cheese with some lettuce and mayo and I just honestly think it tastes better at this location. Maybe they put a little love in making my sub. ;)
Ordered online, order was ready to pick up on time. Only wish my chicken wasn't so cold.

So after leaving the location on Oak St in Oakland because they aren't taking credit cards, get to the checkout with the subs & the kid says the coupon, that came in the mail today with our address on it, which is like ones we've used before, isn't good for our area. They got to keep the subs.
