Amazing bbq. We tried another place a few nights before and Sweitzers HANDS DOWN is our go to place for great barbecue in Deep Creek. The girl at the counter was so patient and made delicious recommendations since it was our first time visiting. Dining tables were pretty neat too. We had the loaded baked potato with pork and Mac n cheese and the brisket sandwich with cucumber salad and baked beans. We regretted not getting some to take home. Definitely will be returning when we are back in the area!

The staff is amazing and the food is some of the best BBQ I've ever had. My kids said that it was the best mac and cheese they ever ate.
Kid-friendliness: They let us come inside even though that day was drive through only, since we had little ones.
My friend got us two brisket sandwiches from here and they were the tiniest things I ever saw. For total close to $30 this was extremely disappointing. He went in and spoke with management and they were very rude and arrogant to him. Maybe they needed a big tip on top of there gorged prices 🤷🏼♀️.

Stopped before noon on Sunday for lunch as we were heading home. Brisket was tender and flavorful. Pulled pork was moist. The only knock was they don't make their own BBQ sauce. They were pouring Sweet Baby Rays into small cups.

Such a great little place. We stopped while passing through, and you never know how local places may be. The food and people were great!
My husband and I came from Grafton, WV to get some delicious BBQ today (Saturday 7/6) on our way to Hill Top Fruit Market. We were not disappointed in Sweitzer's BBQ. We each got 1/3 rack of ribs, and we had potato salad and baked beans as our sides. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone amazing! Very juicy as well as fork tender. The amount of sauce was perfect for me, but my husband asked for a cup of extra sauce because he likes to be messy 😆 Prices were very reasonable, and our server was nice and friendly. Looking forward to eating here again the next time we're in Oakland.

On a road trip did a quick stop and was very happy we did. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, The pull pork, baked beans and Mac and cheese were very good. I was very impressed with this BBQ restaurant. They do catering and large orders with notice. BBQ cooking on site. The limited hours are just how all the good BBQ places have. If you cook it they will come!
