Strolled into the store during their break on a very busy Autumn Glory Thursday. I had their hours incorrect for the day but the team was there prepping for the evening festivities! Dave took no time at all at offering us turkey dinners anyway! They smelled so good, the drive home was torture. Hands down, the best turkey dinners in town come from Rolling Rack. The turkey was so tender and the gravy tasted homemade. My son raved about the corn on the cob plus ate my roll and his....
Saw a smoker going in the morning and gave it a try on the way home from a hike. They had run out of food which means it must be good.
The ribs were excellent and the beans were some of the best I’ve ever had. So flavorful and smoky.
The potato salad mixed the mark and the brisket was a little too fatty.
