This place is absolutely beyond terrible. Absolutely no cashier. Everything is done by kiosk. What happened people taking your order? They even messed up my order 4 times. I finally said screw it and went to Denny's. Stop using the kiosk people. Keep Americans working. Soon you might be replaced by a computer and out of a job

They literally gave me food.That was twelve hours old. I know this because the receipt on the bag was from my DoorDash. That was ordered twelve hours before that, we never got. The time was printed on the receipt. So really?How fresh is the food you're eating from there? Yuk!

The early afternoon crew is so much better than the evening crew, it seems like. Never had a problem when eating there before 4pm, after this time, though, be warned, your food will be awful. We ordered multiple things, and every item we ordered was pretty bad.
Taco bell is delicious but their service goes above and beyond! My father got their new tacos, and realized it had onions. We asked if they could please make new ones since we forgot to request with no onions, and they were awesome! They didn't hesitate, they made new ones and all with a smile.

I would give zero starts if I could!! We stopped in after work for dinner and the girl working the counter was absolutely ignorant! I ordered nacho fries and they were cold.. but after asking if could order the fries the girl looks at me like she has no idea what I just asked for, or as if she had something better to do.. we had also ordered food on the kiosk before ordering the fries we just didn’t see an option for the fries on there, but we then get our order and the cinnamon twists were not in it, I go up to let her know and she rolls her eyes and gives me the same look, as if she’s too good to be taking orders, and huffs and puffs around like my toddler does when I tell her no!! Honestly the worst customer service, this isn’t the first time we have had the same kind of issues with the SAME EXACT GIRL!!! If you don’t want to work in food service then DONT! Or at least hate your life on your own time!
