Food is tasty and fresh, wine list is expansive
Was blown away by how rude the manager was! We went and sat for close to an hour with my family, 3 out of 5 orders came out wrong (missing things or beyond burnt) and kids pizza came out over 10 min after everyone else was served. The hostess was extremely polite, waitress was ok( seemed to be new) but the manager was snarky and rude, spoke to my parents like they were dirt and repeatedly tried to belittle them, took everything in me not to beat her down! Decided to visit 32 Palm for a romantic dinner. We were seated at a lovely table with a view of the bay at sunset. Only 3 other tables (8 diners) with 1 waiter and a food runner. Worst service I've ever received, especially in an upscale restaurant. The food was outstanding. The Chef knows his craft well but the waiter did not. We waited 20 minutes for 2 sodas, bread plates and silverware, after bread arrived. Other diners received outstanding service while we waited and watched....read full review
