Not enough staff. Waitress told us a sob story about she was only one working. Didn't ask if we wanted any drinks. Was rushing us. Only about 8 people in the restaurant. Also, didn't find our reservation but then said we don't really have anyone here. Was a total mess. So we under ordered and paid our tab and left. Went to another restaurant and had great service and good attentiveness. Considered doing room service for other meals prior to this experience but was saddened how the Hilton would allow such diner workers in its fine dining areas. Bad Bad experience

Ordered mussels, they were terrible. I literally have never had bad mussels before. There was almost nothing in each mussel and they were hard to get out. I also ordered the filet medium and it came out very well done and the mashed potatoes it came with were definitely a day or two old. Considering it was restaurant week I thought it would be amazing. One of the worst meals I have had in years.

Manager was kind on Thanksgiving. He let us in instead of waiting a couple minutes before servicing started. . . Hostess could do better. Seemed irritated. Dinner was amazing!!!

We come to the Hilton every year for Thanksgiving. This year I have to say the food was even better. It's good every year, but it was really hot and the buffet always had fresh food. The staff is always quick and attentive to your needs. The only sad thing was since 2017 when we've been here they've always had their holiday decorations out which give it a festive feel and they didn't do that this year.

Staff seemed young and confused. Server was inexperienced, the food was ok, nothing that would separate 32 palm from any other resturant. Room was plain nothing exciting.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The service is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and as you can see from the size if the "brownie" which I did not expect to be the size of a small cake, the portions are very generous. The atmosphere was wonderful because it was quiet and easy to talk and it was not crowded so seating at 7:30 on Saturday night in August was immediate. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Restaurant! Excellent service, food, drinks, and centrally located in OCMD. Crab cakes were amazing, and the fried calamari appetizer was the best I've ever had! Huge portions and prices were very reasonable! Highly recommended!!!

My family and I came here for dinner. The bread was average. We had chicken tenders which was so different. They were good but very very soft. The fries were amazing! Crunchy and full of flavor. I didn’t try the calamari but my family liked it. We got two drinks. One was great and the other was okay not my type of drink. I got steak and was kinda disappointed. It wasn’t that great. My family got burgers and they enjoyed that more. The child as a side was great. Crunchy and full of flavor. I really enjoyed the asparagus. The cheesecake was good but wasn’t a fan of the crust. Service was wonderful.
