I received call that at 5.15PM normal menu will be served, i did not mind so i confirmed reservation. We arrived in time and there was a 10 minutes wait to seated, next we waited for waitress to come to our table. We ordered sparkling water and drinks along the appetizers. Waitress brought steal water informing us there there is no sparkling. Few minutes later another person showed up with sparkling water. We were sitting and waiting for food to arrive for 35 minutes and waitress informed us that would be another 30 minutes wait for ordered appetizers. So, we asked if we can get fixed Thanksgiving menu. We were informed that some of the items were already gone. We were hungry after waiting for such a long time so we decided to have fixed dinner. Soup was fantastic, halibut and seafood pasta were ok, deserts - well, for someone with sweet tooth... there is a lot to say. Overall Thanksgiving dinner - a lot to say- next time - definitely different place.

Thank you Wendy for making us feel special. Most importantly, you took care of us and provided us the best drink in town❤️

Food and service was very good. Old bay honey wings were excellent. Ribeye decent , However, cut was a bit thin.

Happy with our breakfast, service was great, coffee was also good. Kids liked the French toast. Servings were a good size. A little pricey but what isn’t in Ocean City.

Get the brownie! Great restaurant in the Hilton. We went several times. I wish they had more allergy-friendly options.

WARNING - DO NOT ORDER A SALAD. We ordered food to go and ate in the shared area of the Hilton. The salad was literally burger toppings. If we didn't have kids and were not racing to Alley Opps before an early bedtime I would have taken it back. I wish I would have ordered the kids pizza instead. The shrimp was very good though. Come on 32 Palm it's time to up your salad game.

Ordered a steak & egg for breakfast. the steak was spoiled. Told the server, she did not even apologize. I ask for the check, she did not say anything. Just gave me the check and left. Overall I had bad experience with the food and even worst with the service.

This is not a standard restaurant… it’s a hotel bar with some table service. The bartender took our order and wasn’t as attentive as a normal waiter would be. Food was mediocre.

Not enough staff. Waitress told us a sob story about she was only one working. Didn't ask if we wanted any drinks. Was rushing us. Only about 8 people in the restaurant. Also, didn't find our reservation but then said we don't really have anyone here. Was a total mess. So we under ordered and paid our tab and left. Went to another restaurant and had great service and good attentiveness. Considered doing room service for other meals prior to this experience but was saddened how the Hilton would allow such diner workers in its fine dining areas. Bad Bad experience

Ordered mussels, they were terrible. I literally have never had bad mussels before. There was almost nothing in each mussel and they were hard to get out. I also ordered the filet medium and it came out very well done and the mashed potatoes it came with were definitely a day or two old. Considering it was restaurant week I thought it would be amazing. One of the worst meals I have had in years.

We went for the Easter Buffet yesterday. The only good thing was our delightful waitress. The buffet was an entirely cold buffet. The ham was terrible and was just dry him without any sauce of any kind. The turkey was ok but cold and no gravy. The side dishes were average and were all cold. There were no deserts except mini breakfast danish and scones. It was the worst buffet we have ever been to and the cost was way overpriced at $49 per person each plus the tip. We will never go back there again.

Service was slow considering it wasn’t a lot of people. Drinks were average. Order stuffed mushrooms and 2 French onion soups as a appetizer. Was told after 10/15mins that they had no mushrooms. Both soups came out with bread even though we requested no bread. Soup was HORRIBLE! Super sweet, packed with onions (which I didn’t mind) the cheese was terrible. I think they ran out of the cheese that was advertised, and used something different. It wasn’t savory at all! I also ordered the chicken pasta, which I was told yet again, they were out of noddles! Waiter came back with different recommendations for the noddles, and I accepted. Once the pasta was brought out, I requested tomatoes, which again was told they didn’t have any! Proceeded to eat the pasta , and I mean it was sooo bland, no flavor whatsoever!! I was still charged full price for the meal, which I paid without hesitation, BUT I will never return!!

Manager was kind on Thanksgiving. He let us in instead of waiting a couple minutes before servicing started. . . Hostess could do better. Seemed irritated. Dinner was amazing!!!
