I loved this place, met a bartender whose home town was close to mine here in Pittsburgh(PA). I had their sweet potato pancakes and crave them everyday since. Ones I have found are no comparison. Wait staff was amazing. I hope they aren't permanently closed. Also hope to be bqck soon. Lol

Love Barn 34. We walked in on a Saturday morning to no wait, huge win. Got the breakfast burrito and it was phenomenal. Great atmosphere, servers and hosts were super friendly. Just a great place to bring the family and get some great breakfast! Oh and don’t forget to get the cinnamon roll special if they have it!!

My favorite breakfast place in Ocean City as the options are interesting. My eggs Benny with avocado were good, hollandaise on the side (that way I can add just a little bit). My companion had sausage gravy and said it was good. The fruit was fresh and made us feel better about indulgent choices!!

Barn 34 is easily one of the best breakfast spots in Ocean City, MD. Every time I’m in town, I have to stop by. Parking can be a little tricky, and the place is almost always packed, but the wait is never too bad. The service is always great, and you can sit at the bar or grab a table depending on your mood.
I’ve tried just about everything on the menu, and it’s all been delicious. If you’re visiting Ocean City, you’ve got to check this place out. And definitely try one of their mimosas, bellinis, or Bloody Marys.
The food was very very very very very very very very very very good the service was sooooo good the pink lemonade was tasty 😋 I loved it 5 STARS

The outside looks charming and welcoming. Once inside the shift begins. Service felt cold and this was our first time in. Food came out decently fast but lacked flavor and wasn’t the warmest. When trying to potatoes the flavor was off and they were very soggy. When brought up to the server, she seemed to not care very much. Asked for a change to the ticket she said no. Don’t waste your time or money. Food was not good and the service wasn’t willing to make up for the lack.

Very nice and lovely location. It was our first time as frequent visitors to Ocean City. Food was very meh not worth the price. The skillet potatoes, were super soggy and greasy. I had asked the server if this how they typically are, and she replied yes. I couldn’t eat them and politely asked for them to be removed from my bill, and she said no. I even told her it was our first time.
