I knew this place was going to be good when they told me the wait. For it to be off season and the place be this packed I knew we were in for a treat.There were two open seats at the bar so we were able to be seated immediately. I had the Spritzer for myself. A strong choice for a morning beverage.We tried the crab deviled eggs from the specials and what a hit. Smooth texture and good amount of crab.I ordered the big wave with grits and sausage. Delicious. I’m always nervous about my pancakes and grits but they came out great. Pancakes were fluffy and the grits were cooked very well.My friend ordered the crab imperial omelette which they loved.All in all, service was good. Food was great and the drinks were strong. I will be back during the summer.

Came here for the first time early last year and it was the best breakfast experience I've ever had, but I give a place a few visits to gauge consistency. This would have been all 5 stars hands down the best if it weren't for the second visit last year the waiter never clarified which bloody Mary I wanted and gave me the most expensive one and I was unaware it was $16. Fast forward to this year... what happened, did management or ownership change? Now bloody Marys are more than 1/2 the size they used to be and y'all still charge $8? The food also changed... still really good food, but just better last year in my opinion.

My rating would have been much higher but sadly our food came out luke warm at best. Hubby said his sausage gravy and biscuits would have been the best he had if it hadn’t been cold. My veggie hash, while tasty, was also cold and sadly way under seasoned. Three people asked how the food was but none offered to heat it and we weren’t given a chance to ask.The fruit bowl was wonderful. It was so much fruit I took some home. The other disappointment was the cost for a cup of coffee and tea. $3.00 for a Lipton tea bag is a bit much in my opinion. Overall we found the food to be pricey for what was served.

Top notch customer service. The older lady at the front is so sweet. We had the pleasure of having Jennifer and Rachel wait on us, and they were very nice. They, along with other staff, checked on us, which I appreciated. The food was so good, the cinnamon bread was nice and warm. It's so nice inside. We sat near the door so it was a little chilly. The good food made up for it.

What a fantastic discovery right next to our hotel over the Easter weekend. The ambience of Barn 34 was amazing and we loved it right from the moment we walked in. The food portions were huge and we loved everything that we ordered including the kids.
We love this place. Food is outstanding! Quality, freshness, creative and healthy. I always over order bc everything looks so good. Drinks are great as well. The wait seems to go faster than expected. Can't wait to go back! Opened off season which is a huge + , but parking is tiny

This place is great. Nice feel and fantastic food. I only have one picture of a cinnamon bun(get it, phenomenal) because when our actual food arrived it looked so good we dove right in. Our server was awesome. Only issue is I ordered grits but they were out. When something is so good then it doesn't last long.
