After driving for 40 minutes out of our way trying to use our kiddos BK gift cards (they really wanted it) on the self kiosk. We were not only told the gift card couldn’t be accepted at that time the employees were very rude and the one guy who seemed to be management wasn’t even wearing a uniform which I’ve always thought that’s not very professional. I will never come back to this location for a cheap meal. Bathrooms were disgusting and upkeep on cleanliness on the off season is sad.
EDIT: apparently their machine did work and took our kids gift card money we only found this out because we went to another Burger King for lunch for our trip home. Worst fast food spot on the water ever!!

While on vacation in Ocean City, my family ordered from this particular location via door dash. The quality of my food was amazing! You don't often get HOT, DELICIOUS fast food delivered. It's much appreciated. Especially after being on the beach for hours! Thank you.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was below average, served cold, and lacked any real flavor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the service was extremely slow. The manager was rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. I will never come back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
