Our favorite place for several years! Great food, great service AND the piano player Kahlil Gunther is PHENOMENAL!! Live piano, takes your requests and plays concert level at a restaurant! Such a nice guy!
We loved our experience at Peter Shields Inn. The service was great, the setting was beautiful, and it was one of the best meals we've ever had. The prime rib, oysters, and filet mignon were outstanding. We'd love to come back if we are ever vacationing in Cape May again!
PSI truly did not disappoint on any level. From the quality and flavor of the food to the perfectly prepared dishes, everything was exceptional. Just as impressive were the atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, and attentive, professional staff. I don't give glowing restaurant reviews lightly. Chef Mitchell dinner at your house offers outstanding lobster bisque and surf and turf specials, with affordable wine options available for purchase. The food is exceptional and well worth the visit, especially for special occasions. The cozy lounge area creates a pleasant atmosphere with fantastic ambiance. Recent guests note fantastic service and are always blown away by the experience. The staff are very accommodating, efficient, kind, and all are great. With a liquor license, there are now some great wines to choose from and reasonably priced. It remains a romantic and delightful dining spot, making it a must-visit in Cape May.
