Chipotle Mexican Grill

-1 star to this food establishment because the chicken quesadilla my friend ordered came with no chicken whatsoever and the tomatoes tasted wonky. if we just wanted a plain quesadilla, we wouldve ordered that.

Horrible all around. Food is always old and gross. Customer service is heinous. This location sells the idea of food but if you want to actually eat something that tastes like food for humans I suggest you take your hard-earned money elsewhere. They truly don’t care about wasting your time and money either. Corporate customer service is even more useless and they don’t honor the coupons they give as compensation for their problems.

Would normally give this place a 10/10 being local, it’s a favorite spot but why’re the hours open 10:45 if when I got there at 10:50 I was pointed and told through the door to go away? Do better.

Ordered on door Dash, Rice was literally rock hard, I’ve never only taken 2 bites of chipotle and thrown it out in my life until now. Genuinely inedible.

Went for dinner and we got the kids tacos and a rice bowl. We ordered the kids tacos and for one of the sides we got white rice, they lady working put the thinest layer of rice I've ever seen. my flooring panels was higher than that rice! Next with the bowl we asked for cheese and lettuce on top and they sprinkled both of those things on top, barely any of either of them! Then asked for a side of cheese and they gave me not even half of the container filled with cheese! The workers were cold and not very friendly. Chinsyest Chipotle ever! They also had some weird music playing that had some bad words that I didn't want my kid to hear.

Starter I got here at 9:10. I understand it was about to be 30 minutes before closing soon, but the food selection was extremely limited. After a long day at work, we expected better. We were told there would be a 5-minute wait for white rice, which ended up being 25 minutes. When we finally went back to ask, we found out they had white rice set aside the entire time for DoorDash orders.

The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the visit. It was clear we weren’t being treated with the same respect. The team kept speaking in Spanish and giving side glances—as if I couldn’t pick up on the body language. It came off as rude and unwelcoming.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. Chipotle, please do better when it comes to customer service—especially with your night crew.

Chicken was full of gristle, and I spent a lot of time spitting some of it out. Guacamole was not fresh. It was a real dark green. You could tell it's been sitting around.

Bowls were completely low!!! I've never seen so much space in my finished bowl! WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!
