The hostess, Lisa, is commended for her outstanding hospitality, especially during a birthday celebration. Daria, one of the waitresses, is also mentioned for her friendliness. The crawfish etouffee with catfish is a must-try, known for its spicy, delightful taste and generous portion. During an off-season visit, Bourbon Street stood out for serving the best wings, surpassing two other establishments, Shotti's and Pickle Pub. The Sriracha Lime wings, in particular, were praised for their perfect crispiness and juiciness. Although the lack of celery was noted, the fries were considered excellent.
