This location has servers and managers who are just bodies and don’t care about Grottos or your experience there. The servers who come here in the summer who can’t speak English don’t seem to be trained properly and in the off-season no one seems to care when you get your food or the level of service they bring. It’s disappointing because grottos is a staple in DE and MD and this location has ruined it for me and my family. Do. Not. Go. Here

We frequent this location often. Recently we’ve experienced some incredibly long wait times while dining in during the off season when the place was basically empty. It should not take an hour and a half to get a kids chicken finger meal and a plain pizza only for the pizza to come out yhe wrong size (smaller) after waiting an hour. Was hoping for a quick in and out dining experience with young children but they couldn’t deliver even though the place was empty. I’ll be taking my OCMD pizza business elsewhere from now on

Awesome food good prices.
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating with 2 people in our party of 5 who have multiple dietary resources and staff was very helpful and made sure their meals had no cross contamination. Many restrictions 2 main ones for both are cheese and beef and pork. 5 night vacation and 2 nights we had dinner here for not only the very good food but the waitress who went above and beyond with our special requests! See y'all during 2025 Bike week!!
Just wanted 3 slices to go. On vacation and place is across the street. Supposed to be 5 minutes and waited long time. Asked and they said oh sorry, pizza being made. Waited more. I went outside as I was to blow up. Hubby came a few minutes later. Pizza was ok , just very small. We are from NY , so won’t go there again as they are very disorganized and slices small.
Two garden salads, 2 topping pizza and 2 waters 48.00!! Pizza was boring

This is not pizza, let alone legendary pizza! Nothing against the employees, but this was the worst thing I have ever eaten. Bagged Cheddar cheese and lunchables sauce on a pita. Nj/ny beware!
