I always stop by Grotto's when I'm in Delaware or Ocean City Maryland. Have been going to Grotto's since the mid 90's when my friend was at U of D. Pizza always brings back great memories and the staff at this location is always friendly with great service and food. I will continue to go there when I'm in Ocean City Maryland or Delaware.
Overall a good experience. The food was good and was brought out in pieces once it was ready. Some people were done eating by the time other people got their food. Service was ok, a few mix ups but no major issues. I would go there again and it is definitely worth trying.
As another person said, but in my case…one pie and everyone knows the rules! Pizza has always been great every time we visit the OC location. Pizza has a great crisp, no flop and toppings are plentiful. My only issue for not giving it 5 stars is you should be able to add a side salad to a pizza for $4.99 like you can the entrees. If a restaurant is about making money and selling extra food, you should offer side salads with pizza when they go together!
