If you want to be robbed, check out this cafe! 3 "bagel sandwiches" and 2 lattes = $60. If it was good food, maybe that would be understandable but it's disgusting. Go anywhere else for food. My $9 latte was good though. Customer service was trash. All the food options in the Grand Hotel are trash.

I will never come back to this cafe again. I went there to order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Upon receiving said sandwich, there was no bacon added. I went back and asked them to put bacon on my sandwich. Instead of putting inside the sandwich they slapped the bacon right on top. No eye contact during service..it honestly feels like they just don’t care.

The most amazingly fresh and delicious drinks for our beach stay! As someone who truly enjoys fresh food, this place was a gem. We visited throughout the day, every day of our stay. The breakfast and dessert items we had from there were wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend!

While the coffee itself wasn’t too bad, the atmosphere and food were little to be desired. The store was flooded with flies, trash, and food all over the place. The food was not as described per their menu and came out cold. Again coffee not terrible but would not recommend.

I was a guest staying at the Grand Hotel and came to purchase a Coke. There was no cashier behind the counter so I sat down in the coffee shop with my Coke. Within a few minutes a woman said you didn’t pay for that and I replied with there was no one behind the register but now that you’re here I can pay. As I’m walking to pay she replies you had no right to take the bottle. I said you can keep your bottle and don’t deserve my business. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me, instead told another employee to call security on me. Her coworker told me to leave because they’re busy. They spoke with possibly an Albanian accent. I asked for the manager and she also spoke with a similar accent. I told the manager that I felt they were being racist and disrespectful by accusing me of theft when they should’ve been behind the register. I told her no one steals a drink and sits there with it. Also that they wouldn’t give me their names but I have photos so you may know who they are. Instead of apologizing for her racist staff she said don’t take photos of them. These seasonal workers need to understand America is a melting pot and not bring their racial biases to the US.

Many of menu items are out... or they might not be. Whomever was the cashier on May 29th around 1:30pm has the worst customer service. Really rude and we asked for the tuna salad and she said they didn't have it... only for us to see many sitting in the cooler as we were sitting.
Very poor customer service. No eye contact at all or even a response when I asked for a fork and bag. But for some reason I was given a fork without a smile, or “thank you”.

This is a cute little place. I believe it is open twenty four hours. They have lots of coffee drinks and smoothies to pick from. Also a lot of juices. They have sandwiches and sweets and ice cream as well. The things I had there were very good. There are a few places to sit inside there. Or you can go right outside when the board walk and sit.

I just grabbed a coffee. They were clean and open 24/7 perfect for grabbing a cup to watch the sun rise. Nothing special, but it was a decent spot for a quick basic cup
